This place smells terrible I don't understand why they can't afford to change that carpet with what they charge at this place I wanted to stay here mostly to support a woman owned business and seeing how hard meri worked to get this place but the smell is unbearable she needs a more professional approach as far as cleanliness because whoever is in charge of that part is falling short

We went for one of the haunted tours and had a wonderful time! Meri and her friends were gracious and funny. The rice krispy treat at the end was the cherry on top. If she does this next year, I highly recommend going!!!

What a nice experience we had. The Inn is very clean and beautifully decorated. The care taken, Jen is so sweet and fun to visit with. The breakfast was above the bar. Absolutely great.

We had a wonderful stay. Jenn was so welcoming. We also got to spend time in the morning after breakfast with Jenn and her Dad. Madeline made the best breakfast. The pumpkin pancakes were delicious! I highly recommend you stay here if you are in the area. We stayed in the Bee room. The bed was comfortable. Parowan is a neat town. The Halloween decorations in town and at the Inn were wonderful. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful stay at the inn. Breakfast was delicious. Cinnamon roll pancakes. Jenn was a delightful host. Our room was excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer and explored Parowan.

I stayed at Lizzie’s a few weeks ago and then just yesterday attended the Haunted Inn tour.Both were amazing experiences!The room was bigger than I expected. Bedding was super soft. The coffee/tea bar was fully stocked. Jenn gave us awesome suggestions of where to eat dinner and activities to do in town. Breakfast in the morning was delish!Meeting Meri at the haunted tour was awesome. She was so kind.We’ve had a blast at Lizzie’s and can’t wait to return.

We went on a haunted tour of this B&B today. Meri was so gracious and the house and its history was really cool. Loved it!! It was so cute and quaint. I need to stay here now! Thanks so much to all who made our experience so fun and unforgettable. ❤️

I have tried to call this place twice with a couple of questions. No one has the decency to call back. They don't know anything about customer service. I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to consider visiting this place.

Updated my review because someone pointed out that you can Google "lizzies heritage inn Ghost tours" and it will take you to the page. It's under the shop menu on the website. I never would have expected to find event info there, but it is there, to be fair. I guess it's just some of us olds have an issue with finding it.I'm so disappointed!! I saw a flyer online about spooky tours at the inn with NO INFO. I went to the website and the Instagram. NO INFO. NO PHONE NUMBER. I had to drive thru town yesterday so I decided to stop by and there was nobody there. A sign on the door that says no public tours, just visit the website. I was there and ready to give my money. If you are going to have events why not let people know how to attend unless they are supposed to be private.

This was by far the best Bed and Breakfast. Jenn's hospitality was above and beyond! We brought our weiner dogs and she was so sweet with them and moved us rooms to accommodate taking them outside. She hands down makes you feel at home on top of being a good cook! I have raved none stop about how much me and my husband enjoyed our visit! I see a girls Vacation coming soon! If your just thinking about going, don't just book! You won't regret it!
