It's a nice building in a convenient location and my experiences here have been positive. Most things are online nowadays re: banks, but it's nice to have a local bank for a small safe deposit box, notary etc. When I need those services it's painless - very few situations where I had to wait, lollipops for the kids, etc.

My son worked with Britney on acquiring his first loan for a used car. She was extremely helpful and made the process go smoothly for him. She worked with him by calling to help him get all the required paperwork into her making his first loan experience a positive one.

Worst customer service. I stood in line in front of 5 employees I was the only customer there no one else. There were just chatting to each other, didn’t get a greeting or a I’ll be with you in just a minute. I was completely ignored. I do not recommend coming to this zions bank.
