UPDATE: In July 2024, we bought a puppy from a breeder and needed to get her in for her first vet check within 3 days. I understand this is short notice to give, but we didn't really have any control of the situation. I called the office and explained the situation, and the receptionist said their schedule was booked and she couldn't get us in. Please note that I am an established client, not a new one. Most offices will take your info and call you with any cancellations, but this person did not even offer to do that. I think the reception staff here could use some customer service training/retraining. Every time I have come in since my first visit the receptionists gave me the vibe that they didnt want to be there. I was willing to overlook this because I think the vets are AMAZING and their support staff is equally great. I was bummed not being able to get in and had to take our new pup elsewhere.
Original post:
We were unable to get into a vet in SLC so we gave these guys a call. Staff was friendly on the phone and she was able to get us in same day. The veterinarian was AMAZING, she showed so much compassion for our sick cat Ammo. She was knowledgeable and even sent us home with more information. I would make the drive from SLC to Park City for this care any day. I wish more vets were like this!

Was little worried there if White Pine Vet was going downhill. Being a customer for over 18 years, two different dogs - had some issues that delayed care in my dog requiring emergency services and large bills. Luckily, it appears some of those vets that were not responsive to our needs are gone. Dr. Bennett is opposite of that - very responsive and follow ups with us on the care of our dog. Would give 5 stars, but sooo expensive.

They were quick and efficient to resolve an issue with my dog's eye. They made her feel comfortable and had her back in action that afternoon.

The staff at White Pine have always been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They squeezed us in this week which was super appreciated! Dr. Maur was personable, didn't rush us, and clearly knew her stuff!

I LOVE White Pine. I don’t even live in Park City anymore, but I don’t want to take my dog anywhere else. The staff is unbelievably kind and caring, and they work so hard to show you how much they care about your babies. ❤️ Thank you to all the vets, technicians and receptionists for being thorough and informative. You are very appreciated!

I came in for a routine visit for my dog and to get yearly vaccines. After waiting almost an hour in the room I finally went out to the front and they told me the doctor had been pulled into another appointment. No communication on what was going on. I had to leave to pick up my daughter from camp. We never saw the doctor and didn’t get any of the vaccines we needed. I had been waiting for this appointment for weeks. My dog needed her vaccines updated for so she could be boarded in two days. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and the whole experience in general. Not sure I will come back.

Took my cat in because he was sick and stopped eating and drinking water. They could not figure out what was wrong with him. Gave me am appetite supplement that didn't work. Then he got really bad and I took him in again. At this point, they deduced he had jaundice. And they suggested either surgery, or euthanasia. I couldn't afford the surgery. Or even the euthanasia but luckily my roommate paid for it, as he loved the cat almost as much as I did. So i sat there with my head against his body while he died. And then they shaved his feet but couldn't find the vein to inject the euthanasia, poor guy eventually just died on his own. Absolutely horrifying experience. Now I have no pets. They didn't even get the cremation right. Don't go to this place.

The veterinarians are excellent, taking the time during visits and on follow up to explain diagnosis and treatment options including important details of lab results. They are so sweet with our pets! We have been clients since 1993!

Saw Dr. Bennett who listened carefully, asked the appropriate follow up questions and thoroughly explained a course of action for my dog’s issue. The staff at the front desk, Carson, and Dr. Bennet’s assistant (Sarah) were friendly and very helpful. Overall a very positive experience.
