My 8 year old son and I had an awesome mountain bike ride with our guide Julie. She started out by getting us comfortable on our bikes and teaching us some basic skills. The bikes were very new and great quality and fit for us. Then we were off for 3 hours of fun biking in Park city. It was challenging and had amazing views! My son wanted to keep going but I was definitely worn out by the end of the tour. Will definitely do this again when back in Park City.

Highly recommended…We did a snowshoeing tour with Art and it was such a fun experience! He was very helpful with the equipment/gave tips on technique(haha)and his knowledge of the area & passion for the outdoor sports in Utah was very obvious. He even pointed out the local wildlife tracks and took lots of photo and video of us which is priceless. Awesome all around! Thanks Art and Frankie

Incredible experience. We had an amazing hike on snowshoes with Art. The entire day was perfect. Art was amazing and we really enjoyed spending the day with him. Highly recommend.

We stopped by White Pine today to pick up touring skis for a friend who had called ahead and confirmed we could pick them up on his behalf. The rental manager who was working the front desk could not have been more rude out of the gate - he told us there was no way to get them without 72 hours notice, that our friend had to be there in person and said there's no way he called and spoke to someone who said otherwise. Totally understand the store having policies but 1) they should have given accurate info on the phone and 2) his tone was so unwelcoming. We planned to also rent snow shoes but didn't want to give this business a dime. Ended up having the best experience at Silver Star Ski Shop up the road - 10/10.

Fat Bike guided tour went beyond our expectations. Our guide, Vince, was so helpful, informative, and a really nice guy. He made the trip for us. Great workout and different experience riding the hills in the snow. Bikes were fantastic, too. Highly recommend!

Mike is the best boot fitter I’ve ever had. I have terrible foot for ski boots - narrow heel, wide toe box, high instep & bad supination. Mike got me into a new set of touring boots after trying on only 2 pairs. In the past it took me over half a dozen boots to find a decent fit. And he custom molded both the shell & liner & hooked me up with custom insoles in less than 30 minutes. Don’t go anywhere else for an expert boot fit - go to White Pine Touring!

Not the WP it used to be, horrible attitude and service. Tried returning a new still packed mt bike tire. Got a condescending attitude from irritable bearded dude and was told “it would take a unreasonable amount of time for him to do so”. I placed the the tire on the counter and told him here you go, just add it to your margin and I walked out. After 30 years of giving my business to WP, I’ll be going elsewhere.

My teenage boys had a wonderful guided mountain bike tour. The guide worked with us after we missed our flight and adjusted our ride time. Next time we are in Park City, we’ll be back. Thank you!

we rented Mountain Bikes, the staff spent a great deal of time adjusting the bikes and were friendly. I rode 2 days. the bikes were great except for the seat: they don't have women's ones!They have so many rentals it's hard to believe the company couldn't invest in some of those. I believe we are 50% of the population!We had a guide tour on the first day, our guide Thunder was very attuned to adjusting the difficulty of the trails to our level and we had a wonderful time.

My teenage boys just completed their 2nd mountain biking lesson with Thunder... absolutely fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable, a great teacher, and the change in confidence and skill level in my boys is readily noticeable.

Trash service. Was told to call back at 530pm to "reserve" a bike for the next day. Even though they don't reserve. Called at 545 and was told, "that was the case at 530 but sorry its 545, and we are closing soon." Go somewhere else with some better customer service. You are paying enough....

We rented 2 e-bikes for an afternoon ride along the rail trail. After signing liability forms we were outfitted with helmets and given a tutorial of how the bikes worked, shifting gears and enabling the 3 stages of electric pedal assist. The bikes were easy to ride and were a great help riding up hills from the store to almost Deer Valley. Rental employees were friendly and helpful giving us suggestions of where to ride.

I highly recommend White Pines as a climbing Guiding company. I would especially recommend requesting Julie as she was outstanding. I am sure the others are great there as everyone I talked to was awesome to help book our trip, but Julie was outstanding in every aspect. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind and sweet. She took such great care of us and found us the perfect place for my daughter (great climber) and I (new climber) to both enjoy the experience and climb great routes. We will definitely climb with White Pines Touring and Julie again.

Staff was nice but they did not take the time to check tire pressure, seat height and suspension/sag setup. I went to another company on the mountain to have them do a proper setup. Rear hub was also shot. So in 3 days, I rode 2 bikes and spent some more coin than I should have. Seems to me they have too many rentals and don't pay attention to maintenance. Renter beware.
