I have been banking with Wells Fargo for many years and I never had an issue.. I went Friday to cash out a check and the clerk was so polite like always she made my day !

A joke is how I feel about what Wells Fargo has become. Out of the two Wells Fargo Branches in Park City only one is open on Saturdays and that one only has one banker on a given Saturday so that only way that you can make changes to your account is to make an appointment. I work Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 5 pm so I can not go during the week and now I have to make an appointment to make a simple change to my account since Wells Fargo does not want to have employees on staff to service their customers account. It is amazing how bad the service is now, but the bank is making record profits.

They never answer the phone. I needed advice and called repeatedly from London. Useless. . I shall suggest that we move the account we have had there for many years because it is impossible to communicate with them unless able to drive over and catch them face to face.

Had the WORST experience at any bank. I came in for a simple letter stating my address and after being told to come to the window to only wait 10 minutes to then be redirected to a banker who has appointments for the rest of the evening. I honestly didn’t mind not being able to see a banker for the letter but what upset me was the MANAGER started talking down to me like I was a child who didn’t understand they had appointments. It was insanely rude and unprofessional. I will NOT being going back to this location and most likely will be switching banks. I recommend ANY location besides the park city location. Rude and unprofessional to belittle anyone like that to say the least

Regarding your terrible employee; David Martin- A PRIVATE MORTGAGE BANKER. I spent over 1 1/2 hours with this "man" who repeatedly bashed his co-workers and also insulted multiple known members of municipal Park City in my presence during business conversation. I was referred to him by a friend which is why I chose to bring my business over to Wells. David Martin was almost impossible to communicate with did not call me back, or follow up and was over 25 minutes late to the horrid 1 1/2 hour meeting that was essentially a trash pile on fire. This is who you have as a private mortgaging banker? Absolutely terrible service, and I will be to sure to inform others of David Martin bashing his fellow community members who is supposed to be supporting his community, not tearing it down. TERRIBLE taste left in my mouth after that.

I have been with Wells Fargo for over 20 years. There is a current issue that they can resolve, but they wish to drag out the resolution and see what fees they can charge me. The bank must have forgotten all the mortgages and banking we have done. Customer service is ZERO.

They never answer their phones, you have to drive to the office and go to the window to make an appointment for a notary. I have called at least 20 times and never get an answer.

ATM was out of service today, that would be fine if the suggested alternate ATM that it prompts you to visit wasn't also out of service... 2/3 of the Wells Fargo ATM's in Park City out of service at the same time sending you to each other wasting your time....

For first time in 13 years of visiting this branch, my mother had a terrible experience. Kathyleen (with Polish last name), the branch manager, was very aggressive and non-accommodating. My mother went in to made a deposit on her account, while also wanted an exchange of coins to cash. Kathyleen showed attitude and reluctance to fulfill the request. Kathyleen told my mother to wrap coins in paper herself at home and come at another time. Several bank tellers came to assist my mother to wrap coins packs in order to make an exchange before closing time. When all coin packs were completed, Kathyleen rolled her eyes when my mother wanted to make an exchange from coins to cash. This situation could have been much better if tellers at this bank had more respect to their customers.

I am used banks in Louisiana most of them you can't get a check cashed unless you have an account it Wells Fargo you could with ID and fingerprint.
