I went in for one concern and it was not only handled professionally but walked out with piece of mind and a new phone and watch. I returned to turn in my old phone and got the same person as I was so hoping to find him. He was so helpful answering all my questions with patience.

Thank You Mitch E.Came in looking for a new phone plan but wasn't completely ready to make the switch just yet. Mitch was attentive to my arrival and was very respectful during our entire encounter and conversation. I was also surprised at how knowledgeable he was about Verizon and its services/products.Although I did not end up making the switch, he reassured to me that if I had any further questions or concerns, I could call in and ask for him and he would be happy to help.I think all employees should be trained the way he has been. This shows that he is a great employee with just as great of a manager/leader who has trained him and supported him. 10/10

There's a gentleman there that has no idea what he's doing and should no be left alone to manage a whole store. Made an appointment only for him to just take anyone there anyway, when It was finally my turn I asked about the 3 years of service for free if you bring your own smartphone promotion they had going on and he replied with "Verizon would never give you free service" I kept telling him how it worked and he was too stubborn to even read the deal. Told him I was going to another store to which he replied "they're just going to tell you the same thing just so you know" so I went to another store in sugar house and they gave me the exact deal I was looking at and wouldn't you know it, Verizon dies give free services after all just like they claimed on the promotion! Not sure of the guys name but he was by himself around noon on 1/22/23. Hope this gets to the manager and he can get the training he desperately needs.

Jan 6, 2023: I came to this store and talked to Joseph H. I added a tablet to my plan. Joseph told me a promo was going on in which I would be given an $800 trade in credit to trade my Samsung S21 for a Samsung S22 Ultra. He told me to hang on to the trade for a few days so that I was sure I got all my data off the old phone and onto the new, then I could turn it in at any Victra store. For the record, my invoice number is UT008IN35312. Also: Joseph was GREAT.Jan 7, 2023: I drive for a living. I'm now hundreds of miles north, in Redding, California. I turned in my trade to Ryan H (Invoice number CA157IN59231). The trade in came up as $144, instead of the $800 promo amount. I was told to call back to the store in Park City and have them do PCA paperwork to get the promo. I called and talked to Melissa (who I've since learned is an assistant manager). She was very rude to me and said she was too busy to do the paperwork and I'd need to call back later. I explained to her that I only have 24 hours off each week, lots of things to do in that time period, and don't have time to keep following up on THEIR promise. They were quick to take the money, but when a little effort is needed to get me what was promised, she wants to push me off? She then told me the rep at the Redding store was lazy and hung up on me.The Redding store agent called his manager to verify that Park City is who should do the paperwork. He is correct. He's not lazy, he's doing what should be done. Melissa was SO unprofessional and should not advance further in her career, in my opinion.

I had the opportunity to stop in at the Verizon store in Park City at the Redstone location. I was looking to purchase an iPhone and iPad. As soon as I walked in, the sales person Mitch Edmunds, greeted me with kindness and professionalism. He answered all of my questions, explained the difference between the phones and suggested a phone that would work best for my use. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. This I appreciated, as I am on a fixed income. What I liked most about Mr. Edmunds, is he never made me feel d*** with the questions I asked. He also explained things in a way that was easy for me to understand. If you are ever in Park City stop in at the Redstone location and as for Mitch Edmunds.
