I wanted to say a huge thank you to Sandra at the main Park City Post office. She went HUGELY out of her way to help me. I was/am having major issues getting my mail forwarded for the summer and she has followed up at multiple levels. The postmaster actually went out and checked my mailbox, the carrier was difficult to contact, the National Post office forwarding office was unable to answer their phone...and Sandra worked through all this and called me several times to keep me advised. She is still on it, resubmitted everything and is starting from scratch. Can't say enough good things, and this is a relatively small Post Office with limited resources. It's unfortunate we sometimes forget the pressures of others and don't say Thank You.Your awesome Sandra, Thank you!Mike G

Josie (Jen) signed for a package and had not yet placed in PO Box and rather asking me to wait another day she offered to find it and I went on my way. Thank you! She is also helpful when I’m sending packages to my daughter. We (my mom also) never feel we are putting her out and appreciate her patience. Thank you!

Three times now they’ve claimed they were unable to deliver a package of mine. THREE. Once because “the business wasn’t open?” The place where I work you can literally just walk in??? FedEx and Amazon do it all the time???? Once because they just couldn’t find the mailbox?? And now because “the address was wrong????” How do you know the address is wrong???!?? I’ve had to pick up TWO of these packages from the post office because they just “couldn’t” deliver it. and the other I literally had to catch the mailman and show him my ID to get a package from him because he wouldn’t deliver it. Why am I picking up things that I paid to have delivered to me??? They seem to have no trouble delivering my neighbor’s packages…TO ME. Don’t use this post office.

I specifically went inside to check how many stamps I needed to mail a letter. The person I spoke with, a guy, let me know there was enough postage. The letter was returned this week with not enough postage. It is as if he didn't even check.Overall, this post office has disappointed me time and time again. This finally caused me to write another bad review to add to the list. Another visit earlier in the season resulted in my having to spend $3 on a roll of tape because I couldn't borrow any Scotch tape they had. That interaction was with a female clerk.

Not helpful. Sent my package back repeatedly and acted like they had no idea where it is. The lady was nice but totally unhelpful. The lady at the post office down the hill needs to be fired and stay over of customer service

I had a great experience here last week. The postal agent assisting me, Jacque, was so courteous and helpful, even though she was clearly stressed and over-worked. She dealt with an extremely difficult customer prior to me with kindness and a smile, then moved on like nothing ever happened. My only suggestion would be: they clearly need more employees.

This post office will not deliver packages that they are paid to deliver we are on Main Street five dollars away if the customer does not put PO Box on there they will not deliver it unless you pay them a $15 fee this seems like highway robbery do not use the post office anymore

Associate name Deven was very rude when I took our guest to pick up their package as it is their last day in Park City. Deven looked annoyed that he has to help us when we were at the counter. He was very rude and was telling me I would have to pick up all the package and started bring me package. As I was explaining I am only there for 1 package he said “I don’t have the time to look through all the packages” and I said well it will be the same time if you go back and forth to get those packages so why don’t you just help us and find the name on the package. He continued to say rude things as we were walking out the door. I know you are a federal employee and having customer service of some sort and being nice to people helps you personally. And you are getting paid regardless.... I suggest for Deven to find a different job that doesn’t involve helping people.
