Normally I hate the gubmint, but JD is awesome. Makes going to the post office almost fun. Always gets stuff done quick and easy, and is the only guy I know with better jokes than me.

The guys in there are rude always ask if it is priority if you have priority box and if your sure it's the right box why can't they just scan my qr code first before acting like it's a problem when I had the right package going to another post office from now on.

Consistently two day behind tracking information. Mail never in boxes when they say it will be. Long lines and staff couldn’t be less helpful. There’s a reason most people use UPS and FedEx for anything important. If you want to see it. Spend 30 seconds in this place.

Just gotta give a shout to my guys Devon & JD. They are THE best. They have a good sense of humor and get the job done! They are human beings and I’ve seen some customers treat them otherwise; people need to chill TF out and be nice to these guys. Have you been to the Park Ave location? Abysmal service. No courtesy (no greeting, no please, no thank you); no assistance (monosyllabic response to a ‘how-to’ question; zero interest in helping me with a simple question). Left without being able to complete my mailing need. Typified the terrible caricature of a postal employee. I thought there was an effort to change that image. Not here! (And per usual, only a single employee on duty.)

Had a great experience with Manuel today! I had to ship out some important documents and he made it super easy and set me up with safeguards for the documents to be securely delivered. He also reminded me that I needed to purchase additional stamps. Thank you!!!

They charge the standard USPS prices but your items will arrive 2x slower. (NO One-day shipping offered here, even though it's on their "menu". They charge you as if it's a one-day ship, though. $26+ for 1 letter. ) The employees here don't seem too happy with their jobs, very humdrum attitudes. Consider driving down to SLC to spare them from having to do more work and to avoid high prices for slow delivery service.
