I’ve never had a bad experience till now, we went to go get a passport and I asked a few questions to one of the employers, Alan, he was very rude, he helped in the rudest way possible, almost as I was annoying him, mind you I asked only three questions. As he was getting the passport, and older guys with long hair told us to next time come prepared, we had been there 30 min before our appt and only asked three questions! It was the worst experience ever, don’t go get your passport there!

Miss delivery of my mail twice now, no response just claim they returned mail to sender without notice to me and for no apparent reason. Thank god I’m only here part time because they are the worst

Never have had an issue with this post office — i think what people are missing is the customer service aspect of dealing with the public and having responsibility for our mail. what a service to have and i am grateful for usps.

I just want to thank Sharlena for been so nice and professional. Even tho she was having a long morning she put her best face to provide the service we needed in a prompt, professional and nice way. I wish the front desk older guy was as nice as her instead of giving me all the excuses. Again, thanks Sharlena !!

The older guy with gray long hair is unbelievable lazy, rude and seems to be angry at the world. Would recommend just asking someone else for help and let this guy be mad by him self in the back.

Every time I go into this post office I lose my will to live. They are rude, they are always losing parsels and packages. If you enjoy living a happy and joyous life avoid this place at all cost. Use a carrier pigeon it would be more effective and much more entertaining

I just called to check on my mail which is being forwarded. A very kind and extremely helpful lady answered on the 2nd ring and explained the process to me in detail. Wow had no idea it's such a process. She was truly outstanding and took the time to educate me. Thank you! HUGELY appreciated!

Worse service I have ever received at any business ever. The clerk lady was so rude. I was just picking up one package that was supposed to be delivered to my office building, but she gave me extreme attitude when I didn't want to take the giant box full of mail and deliver it for them to my building- to people I don't even know or work with. I don't think that's even allowed. And then she just turned around and walked away from me when she didn't want to help me any more. So unprofessional.

terrible service, my package was lost. They do not have any certificate that assures me of that, for which reason the company that I am asking to reimburse me does not return my money either. To add, I think it is the team with the most negative attitude lol, (I assume racist for the interaction) that I have seen in Park City specifically (Manuel and Briana)…

I was so excited to drop off my Christmas packages at this cute little Main Street usps only to be horrified at the customer service. Grumpy, rude, and unprofessional. I felt like I should be apologizing the entire time I'm being waited on for asking a question. Not happy !
