Overpriced for services rendered. Possibly my error for not asking charges when i made my appointment. However I feel the manicurist was seeing what I would pay. I asked her the price of a dip manicure and she said $10 more for cuticles and hand massage ( which I never received) I asked $10 more than what. Apparently just a dip with no cuticle or nail shaping is $60. I asked her price for pedicure and she quoted $40. When i went to get the pedicure tricked me into the $55 instead of $40 which was quoted. Then when I wanted to pay with credit card she insisted on zelle. All in all, the manicure and pedicure were less than average for $125. I did provide a $20 tip. Normally I would tip 20% but she didn't do the hand massage service which I paid for. I won't be back

My sister and I were traveling through town and we were told this place was awesome. We picked the deluxe pedicure and mine was done with 25 minutes worse pedi I ever had. Then he did my mani in less than 45 minutes. Shape is wrong, lots of rough edges, one nail broke within the first 30 minutes. The massage was only of the hands and lasted less than 2 minutes. Would NOT go back or recommend

I was visiting on vacation and needed my nails done. Heidi did an excellent job! I had to wait 15 min past my appointment time, but she was so quick that I was in and out in less than an hour. Would recommend ?

DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE in 09/2023. I called earlier in the day to make sure they had availability for a pedicure and scheduled an appointment at a specific time. Upon my arrival, all of the pedicure chairs were occupied. The lady at the front desk said to give them 15-20 minutes for one of the nail technicians to finish. I told her I’d be back in 30 minutes so that no one is rushed. When I returned only one chair was open and the massage component was broken. One of the reasons to get a pedicure is to relax and there was nothing soothing about it. The massage was quick and not up to par, the guy nail tech didn’t ask what shape I wanted my nails, and the thickness of the paint was inconsistent. I was done and out of that chair before the other customers who were there before me. I think my nail tech wanted to go on a smoke break or something because I saw him exit the building while I walked to my car. They charge $2.00 for the packet of supplies (nail file, nail buffer, callus sponge) stating you can keep them yet the nail tech didn’t offer, he just disposed of them. I didn't want to leave a tip but ended up giving a nominal amount.

Took my daughter in for her first manicure. She had a gift certificate. They didn't ask if she wanted gel, they just put it on. When it was time to pay they added $15 for gel and took the gift certificate that was unreadable (scribble). I feel we got scammed. Totally unprofessional way of dealing with a young nine year old and her first experience. Shame on you Tip & Toe Nails

I don't really care about the color or look of my nails. But having clean close-cut toenails in a ski boot is essential to comfort and performance. I've been struggling for several years. And this is not a job you can do by yourself. Just a 10-minute stop into Tip & Toe Nails and I was in great shape. They pulled out ingrown big toe toenail. Next stop ... boot fitting for the season. Well worth the small cost.

Very bad Page 80 the ugly nails apart, they took an extra payment from my card and I struggled a lot to get my money back I will never go back 160 they pulled my card very bad experience

Great work as usual, I've been here at least 5 times now-a manicure 1-2x a month and I've always appreciated their work. Clean, responsive/attentive staff. This is my go-to place for manicures and pedicures.

My daughter and I were on a girl's trip and had been shopping. We wanted to get a pedicure. The first place we called wasn't super friendly and Tip and Toes were so we decided to try then out. We had a little bit of a wait due to being a walk in. They were friendly and did a great job. Thank you for a fun mother daughter date and for sharing your yummy green mango with us.
