David C. at the PC North Face store was so helpful! He helped us try on over five different pairs of snow boots until we found the perfect pair for my sister-in-law. Everyone who works there is so nice and friendly. He made a tedious errand such a delightful experience! Will be going back again!

I had an excellent experience at the store today. David, your sales associate from AZ, immediately assisted me in finding what I wanted. The guy is a great face for your store and the brand. In addition, everything was tidy even @ 2pm on a Sunday with many store visitors. Hope to be back soon.

The lady ( with a short brown hair) working at the store today was extremely rude towards my husband who mistakenly used the restroom. She was bagging and hitting the door making a scene. He profusely apologized and she was continually rude and seemed very upset which we found so strange. I do not recommend supporting this store. She by far is the rudest person we have met in park city! The fine jewelry stores offered restrooms, water and it’s a shame someone like that is employed in a town that should be welcoming to tourist and locals. Happy to support the real local stores who were much friendlier.

Love the location and how clean the store is. I also loved that it wasn't packed with people even though we visited on the weekend. Found great deals and staff was friendly. Overall good experience.

This store is owned or run by Vail. Customer service and quality is just as bad as at other Vail stores.

Poor customer service, I had tent poles that broke and was seeking assistance on how to warranty them. The person on the phone stated that this location was a franchise owned by vail resorts and that they do not help people with items not purchased through them. Just feel that this is a poor policy and if they operate under The North Face name they should help assist all customers, not just ones that purchase items from this store.
