I can’t even put into words how great this place is. If you value your sleep, I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Products are second to none. They carry Vispring, Harrison Spinks, and other UK mattress lines that you can’t find anywhere else in the state. Brands that do it right for 100+ years vs the mass-produced & mass-marketed garbage in mainline mattress stores.
To complement your mattress purchase, they offer true luxury bed linens and bed pillows.
Service was A+. The people are experienced and there’s no high-pressure sales environment. By “experienced” I don’t mean they’ve “worked in a mattress store for a few years”, I mean decades of experience in all facets of the industry – from manufacturing, brands, innovation, quality, materials, trends, technology, etc.
Doing research to find a great mattress that’s good for you (no chemicals) is an endless rabbit hole from which you may never return. I’m so glad all my research led me to these guys and I’m leaving this review because I could have saved myself a ton of time had I come here first.

Scott and the rest of The Bed Room Park City team were amazing. Great quality product. Amazing service. Would highly recommend The Bed Room Park City to anyone looking for new mattresses. Head and shoulders above any other mattress store.

Zero stars. It won’t let me give zero stars, but ZERO stars. Go elsewhere. We ordered our “luxury” mattress three weeks ago. It was delivered yesterday soaking wet on the bottom third of the mattress with a disgusting water line across the pillow top. The delivery driver immediately contacted the owner. The owner didn’t call to address the concern. I had to call the following day. The owner was not apologetic. He only stated that they had no idea how this could happen. He said he would order a new mattress to be here in a week. He offered no alternative for the unsanitary mattress sitting in our bedroom. I pushed on finding a solution to get the gross mattress out of my house. Only then did he work to find something to arrive a few days later. Until then, we have a gross flood mattress in our house. Not exactly what I call a luxury. The pictures speak for themselves. This is literally what was delivered. You’ve been warned.

We are the proud owners of 3 wonderful mattresses all purchased at the Bedroom in Park City - 1 Harrison Spinks and 2 Visprings. Each one is individually comfortable depending on the preference of your body and body type.I was a real Goldilocks trying to find a new mattress. Believe me I tried at least 20 different brands at several stores.Brandon at the The Bedroom never gave up on me. I enjoyed and still enjoy Gage, Annie and Lori who are the nicest and kindest people who can ever meet.Their caring and truly wanting to meet your needs is so evident.So, 2 years after purchasing these mattresses they are still the best investment we have EVER made. Imagine waking up without any aches and pains. It can happen to you too!!

I have purchased a few items here and the pillows I got have been the best pillows I've ever had! I appreciated them helping me try 5-6 different pillows before I found the best one and I didn't feel pressured to buy quickly.I have come back multiple times when I've needed more pillows (since I found my favorite) and was able to get an amazing mattress that has given me the better sleep so I finally feel like I'm getting the rest that I need.If you're looking for a place where you are listened to and get quality products look no further.Thanks guys for all of your help!

Return policy and warranty policy are low tier, Even if items haven't been ordered yet can not cancel the order at all.Made an order for their bed, then 2 hours later found it elsewhere for 20% cheaper and free delivery (which they were charging $200 for) so went back to cancel the order, and they didn't want to and charged 6% cancellation fee on an order that hadn't even made it through the system or to the manufacture. Literally within a few hours of initial order.Seems silly to me. But I guess shop around and check other places because there are plenty of others that have the same exact mattresses for cheaper.

I went to Bed Room in Park City to look for a new mattress. My husband and I were so impressed with the service and education we received in determining the best mattress. The process was a wonderful experience and exceptional service.

Great product and great experience. We bought a mattress at The Bed Room but found it a bit too soft for our liking. The owners were incredibly accommodating (they even deliver products so we got face time with them. Brandon and Brady couldn’t have been nicer). We recommend them highly.

I recently bought a mattress from The Bedroom and I love it. The entire buying experience was incredible and the service was amazing. It’s hard to find service anywhere these days, but these guys restored my faith in humanity. Seriously, the best service I’ve had in years and the quality of the mattress is outsbading.
