We swapped over from Verizon and were beyond happy with our swap thanks to Maddie and their awesome customer service. T-Mobile hooked us up with updated phones and saved us over $90 month compared to Verizon! Their manager Domic was so supportive to the reps for not only our plan but others visiting the store! Thanks for the excellent service!

My husband and I came in the Friday before Christmas to upgrade our phones. The young girl and manager that helped us was professional, accommodating, and took the time to help upgrade our phones and get us the best value with a new plan. They were great!

I have had my phone for 6 months and therefore I have been paying for my line with international calls for 6 months and since I paid for it it has never happened...a simple error that they have never been able to correct for me...when I am only going to pay one more month always a date comes out if it's not one it's something else...terrible service...not very capable people...I'll change to another company

The employees are extremely slow and have no regard for others time. Be prepared to spend 2-4 hours here in total to get help.

Probably the most knowledgeable T-Mobile shop I've ever visited. Kenny was exceptional-- very knowledgeable and professional. He was by far the most helpful T-Mobile rep. Top-notch, 5-star service all the way.

This location is completely fraudulent two months ago my father in law was added as an authorized user and they added a brand new phone plan without his consent my bill went up 250 dollars and I called customer care to get it resolve i still had to pay the bigger bill but got a credit the next month I removed my father in law as authorized user he broke his phone and went back to the same location they gave him a brand new phone on my plan I never got notified nor did they give him any paper work regarding the new phone being added I will be taking action towards this location when I call it goes straight to voicemail with a full mailbox do not trust this location they are very shady!

Kenny was fantastic to work with! We were switching service providers, and he hooked us up with two new phones and four lines in a very short amount of time. He did all this while multi-tasking, helping out other customers with their questions. He is super knowledgeable and was super helpful.

I cannot even begin to tell you what a positive and informative experience I had at the T-Mobile Park City location. Kenny G had impeccable customer service and spent extra time showing me different features on my new device. He also gave me information about privacy and other settings and options in trying to decide between different plan options and the pros and cons between selecting an Android device vs. an Apple device. I live in the Salt Lake City valley, but I will definitely be taking the extra time to come to this location in particular, even though there are many other locations much closer to my home as I just had a superb experience with Kenny. I am not great with technology, and he didn't make me feel like a d**** and was not impatient, like some other locations and provider experiences I have had in the past. He took time, care, and really seemed to give me the very best recommendation for what I needed. If I could give a 10 star review, I would! Thanks Kenny G!!!! You are a rock star!

It’s a shame regarding the service. I can’t fathom how they can have someone like Kenny, who has a terrible demeanor, covered in dog hair, and utterly unhelpful. They seem clueless and utterly disinterested in assisting. I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for years, and honestly, after the rude treatment by Kenny, I’m switching to AT&T or any other company that provides decent service. He took forever to attend to me because he was BUSY PLAYING VIDEO GAMES ON HIS TABLET. In what world is playing video games more important than attending to a customer? And he does it in such a rude manner. Absolutely dreadful! They should focus on hiring better individuals in that wretched store. A repulsive person, indeed

Kenny is an absolute disaster as a representative. He’s utterly unhelpful, presents himself abysmally (it’s beyond belief they don’t manage how their employees dress for work), and when he’s supposed to assist, all he manages to do is exacerbate your stress. My family and I are profoundly disappointed with how he treated us. Do yourselves a favor and never set foot in that store, it’s brimming with nothing but useless idiots.

Jose at TMobile was a hero for my crazy family! We had an appointment to start a new line for my family - the original guy had to leave for an emergency, the manager called out sick. The poor guy was all by himself, starting 5 new lines, while a line started to form in the building. He remained patient, calm and very sweet. We love our new phones and very excited for the low costs! Thank you Jose!
