Love this gym! I especially love the new class Cardio-U taught by Gretchen Kingry! Love her energy, love the playlist, the class is challenging in the best way because you feel like you’re getting the best calorie burn, and she’s a super motivating coach! 10/10 recommend!!!

Instructors are patient, helpful and challenging. I “need” Pilates for strength and balance Thanks to instructors and their knowledge, it’s doable!

This studio has become a “home away from home” in recent weeks/months as I commit to Pilates to try and improve posture, ease of movement and an increasingly recalcitrant back. The instructors are excellent, there is a surfeit of equipment, he reformers are in good condition, and the cleaning protocols consistent. It’s a fine studio on every level!

Was looking for a private class when visiting PC and did a trip here. Brooke was easily accessible and responded quickly to book it in advance. We did a trio class with Lindsay and boy did she jump right in. We started with the chair and it was challenging but felt good. We didn't do too much on the reformer but did enough to test it out. She was attentive to each of us (who had different levels or adjustments needed) and was constantly providing adjustments. It was a fulfilling hour-long class that made us want more (really! We wanted to see if we could squeeze it into our trip again on our remaining days) The space was clean and beautiful with heated floors and nice facilities. Glad we tried here and would love to return on any trips back!

The most beautiful Pilates studio I’ve ever visited. I moved to the area in 2019 and started here as a client. I loved it so much I now teach here as well. I was sure my teaching days where over but the environment and people inspired be to end my break from teaching. Love the Pilates, Physical Therapy and Fitness options

Great class with Emily! She was great guiding me and my husband. We did the jump Pilates class and it was fun. We felt every movement. Great class before skiing tomorrow! I highly recommend it! Hailey was helpful giving us information about the classes. See ya again hopefully!

This is absolutely the best Pilates studio I have ever been to! The instructors and owner are phenomenal! They are very skilled in Pilates practice and just great people all around! The small group classes they get to know you individually and your body/any injuries etc and work with you to help modify to what feels best on that day. Not only is it my favorite place for fitness, but the community vibe is truly special and is a total Gem for the Park City area. Also, I highly recommend coming here if you are overcoming any injury - my husband previously had 2 back surgeries and continued pain after... and he healed his chronic back/disc/nerve pain through a mix of private classes and group glasses at Good Movement Studio. The studio has honestly improved both of our lives and I cannot recommend it enough!!
