Like stio. But the hours here are not great. Closing at 6pm on a weekend when the street is very busy and people are roaming around is just bad business.

Horrible customer service. Horrible. I returned an unwanted coat three days after I received it. They received the return 12 days ago and still have not been reimbursed my credit card. Will never buy anything from this company again.

What a great team at Stio Park City! I called to get a last minute gift for my wife. Jordan took the time to locate the size and color I wanted, held it for me while I ran a couple errands, and made it simple and easy when I arrived. I'm not always the best guesser when it comes to size, but the very next day Rich made the exchange quick and convenient. My wife loves her new Doublecharge Insulated Pants, and with customer service like that we will definitely be returning to Stio PC anytime we need a gear upgrade!

I thought I had found my Forever Ski Apparel company in Stio. I purchased a pair of Environ Bibs and after a half season of wearing them, they incurred a tear in the mid-thigh after normal use. When I submitted a warranty/replacement claim they informed my that "This tear appears to be an incidental damage, so unfortunately, that is not covered under warranty." Compared to experiences I've had with OR and Patagonia, Stios policies around assuring that their products live up to basic quality standards is way below the industry standard. I love their colors and fit but if you choose to purchase their products, just be very very careful with them.
