Wow! I can't say enough good things about Splendor Beauty. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the beautiful store layout and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff is absolutely amazing, shout out to the store Manager, Sydney. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile.The range of products is simply incredible. I love how they curate the best bath, body, and beauty products, making it a one-stop-shop for all my skincare needs. Whether I'm looking for luxurious bath bombs, nourishing body lotions, or high-quality makeup, they have it all. I appreciate the attention to detail in selecting products that are not only effective but also meet my personal preferences.But it doesn't stop there! The skin services offered by Rachel at Splendor are truly top-notch. She is highly skilled and provides exceptional treatments that leave my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The level of care and expertise is unparalleled.I can't recommend Splendor enough! If you're looking for a bath, body, and beauty store that offers a beautiful ambiance, a wide range of products, and outstanding skin services, this is the place to go. Love this store. Small and personal while still offering many of the options at the big department stores. The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable, and always make it feel like you're visiting your friends.

Came in looking for a day’s worth of concealer for a commercial - the employee working was SO kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They got the right concealer for me on their first try. Love the vibe in this place. Looks incredible, smells incredible. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely coming back and sending any friends here as well.

The lady working was so rude. I used to love that store until that lady ruined my experience. She was blond and tall and probably around 30. If you see her and you want to go in there don’t because it will ruin your experience just like mine.

me and a few of my friends went to this store during our spring break to window shop.window shopping is not against any rules or laws as it is simply looking around the store for prices, something you might want to buy later, or even trying the "TRY ME" samples.we walked into this store wearing ski jackets. (as we are from Florida and we were not used to the "60" degree weather) immediately we were greeted by Jess (Lead, splendorita). she was very unwelcoming, as we later found out online from a yelp review reply, that she looked at us as shoplifters. (you can read the whole story from one of my or my friends reviews. you can also see the owner of the business reply to our review. btw she wasn't at the store, so her reply was more of a "hear-say" reply, not the actual truth.)the customer service was really not great and we ended up going to a beanie store in the same area. the dude was really nice to us, asked if we needed help, respected us when we said no, didn't think we were shoplifters, asked us where we were from because we were wearing ski jackets and i ended up purchasing a beanie from him.this is how you are supposed to treat your customers :)not aggressively follow them around the store because you are insecure, then make up lies about us stealing online when you have no proof or evidence that we did so.I'm leaving this review just to warn people about what they might encounter while at this store. just be carful because you might end up in the same situation that we were all put in. (over writing a review of OUR experience)

This is our family's "go to" for all our gifts. It's my kids' and wife's favorite place to shop which makes it a one stop for me. The staff is always really helpful and keeps a list of what I have already bought so I don't get any repeats (unless requested by my lady).Park City is lucky to have this sweet spot to shop!Services: Waxing

The beauty world can be overwhelming! Every time I go here I'm met with kind, helpful and knowledgeable staff!! They give you the opportunity to try new products and colors and teach you how to apply etc. There are so many fun things to discover in Splendor! Hands down would recommend anyone looking to update their look, restock there drawer or find a cute little present for a friend!

I absolutely love this store and the women who run it. I've used aesthetician services with great results. It's my go to place for my standard products and to ask questions about new skin care. My husband and teenage sons know they can go to this store to buy my Mother's Day and birthday gifts and they will be steered in the right direction. I love every surprise they've ever bought from Splendor. It's become my go-to place for teachers and hostess gifts as well.

A few of my friends and I walked in and thought the store was cute. We were vibing until this worker, Jess, asked us passive aggressively at least 5 times what we were doing in the store. She asked if we were just passing time as if that isn't what shopping is. It just escalated from there, as if we weren't good enough to buy from the store. She is very rude and caused us to have a bad experience overall. We felt judged as if we were going to steal just because we're teenagers. The other coworker in there was nice qnd helpful, she even told me my outfit was cute. Jess was persistently following us. All my homies hate Jess #Jessisrude

At first glance I fell in love with the beauty and products of this store. Unfortunately the worker Jess made me and my friends shopping experience horrendous. It felt as if the whole im time she was watching us like a hawk. I personally felt uncomfortable the whole time. I could definitely tell that she for some reason did not trust me and my friends. She treated us like we were shoplifters. It got so extreme to the point where she falsely accused my friend of stealing a product. She also kept questioning me just because I was taking my time to look at the products. I was very close to buying a lip product however when she falsely accused my friend I refused to buy anything from this store. Long story short Jess was extremely rude and I will not be coming here again because of her.

The associates here are very helpful and know their stuff product-wise. I always enjoy shopping here and learn something new and interesting. Great selection of make-up, skincare, and other gift items (make-up bags, candles, totes, and home goods). This is a great place in Park City for beauty and gifting needs. Thank you Splendor!
