First they screwed up my prescription by not using the generic as instructed resulting in an $1100 bill instead of $15. Then when I tried to talk to someone in the pharmacy I was unable to get thru after waiting forever on hold. Added to that he fact that they are always understaffed, I try to avoid doing business here.

Customer service is awful! 20 minutes for customer service help to just return. Amber was completely rude and basically, she said I didn't matter. A couple of weeks ago, theybrefused to help us navigate the digital coupons. Never coming here again!!!!

Great store. Just wish they would repair the EV charging station.

Too bad that you can't give stars for different parts of the store! The cheese case features a variety of well-known producers (like Murrays) as well as local UT producers, and is probably a highlight for the store. The salad bar quickly gets depleted, and store personnel don't bother to keep it refreshed, so our selection included wilted spring lettuces, green leaf lettuce that was mostly lettuce ribs, and a lot of empty containers and unrefrgerated creamy dressings. Extremely unappetizing. The rest is a basic Kroger geared towards a transient and well-off clientele there for a week of skiing and indifferent to pricing. If you're on a budget, hit a Walmarts so you can get name brands at bargain prices. Decent selection of various organic granola-type goodies, and the usual assortment of groceries. Staff helpfulness varies... the team making sushi was pleasant and helpful.

I have had my mobile delivery order cancelled twice with no explanation. I have ordered two days in row electronically and in person. Tried again today and it is delayed too late to make dinner. Plus they say they are in Park City and THEY ARW NOT. They are in Kimball Junction mikes from here.Do not use this service

I am on vacation in Park City for Christmas. I made a quick stop to buy some items I needed for our stay which included beer. According to my receipt, my cashier's name was Jo. She appeared friendly. She had some small talk with the customer in front of me and rang her up including the alcohol she purchased. I did not hear or see that she asked for ID from the female customer. After she helped the previous customer, she started to ring me up. She asked me for ID. I provided my state issued ID that had expired the prior month because my new one went missing with the rest of my wallet. I have no issue with following the law. I understand that, but her attitude towards me felt like it was more than just abiding by the LAW. It didn't really dawn on me that the female before me was white and I am not. I am not sure that there was anything else that would excuse the worker to bypass the ID law when she was very adamant about it in my case. It felt like it was driven by something other than just following the law. I hope management reads this and has a discussion with her about proper protocols. It's not fair or LEGAL to pick and choose who's IR you wish to check. I don't know that I will be returning to this store during the rest of my stay.

Air for tires machine doesn't work. Burned my $1.50 so you don't have to.

I tried inflating tires. The machine charged my card however while filling it never beeped as it is supposed to so I have no idea how much air if any was filled. When spoke with the attendant they said they don’t have anything to do with that machine and then first they said it’s broken then they said it’s not broken so essentially the whole thing was a waste of time and waste of money.

Bought $25 of gas and they put a hold of $225 on my credit card that has still not come off. Do not patronize this gas station.

I ask the African lady at the deli for a sample of the shaved ham to see if I wanted more than a pound. She says "no samples"! Then after a bit of awkward silence. She took a small piece, put it in a napkin and wadded it up into a tiny ball and handed it to me. I said what the heck, then more awkward silence. Strange deli you have there.

Kimball Junction store Park City. This is where we shop. Not many options. Prices are Better than what you find in Park city Central. however I have to say I feel like we've been duped more than once in the meat department. Spring of 2022 we picked up a couple of really good looking T-bone steaks that were on sale. They looked good in the package but they were terrible, they were tough, flavorless and just disappointing. I guess I should've learned because yesterday we picked up a couple of New York's that looked really good as well. Sat down to dinner and would've needed a chainsaw to cut through them -even though they were cooked medium rare. The meat was tough they were full of gristle there was so much fat;it was an embarrassment and a huge bummer. We couldn't eat then had to toss. I'm glad I didn't have company and it was just the two of us. I'm going to customer service today and I'm showing them the pictures and taking my receipt with me because it's just wrong to sell me crap meat under the guise that it's a good cut and piece. I'm not sure where they're getting their cows from but this was a really bad experience and not for the first time. There are enough disappointments in todays world with prices jacked up on everything and people still sick. Smith's shouldn't cheapen their standards to make a buck; good food is one of the few pleasures we have left! Invest in a nice steak dinner and bite into tasteless tough piece of meat. A shame.

If you are a first time customer with Smith's aka "Kroger" utilizing the $99 Boost program for grocery delivery.... let me save you some trouble... DO NOT DO IT!!!! It works through Instacart and my experience was a complete nightmare. I played the $99 first, 45 mins after shopping online I placed my first order and paid using the same credit card. About a hour later... I thought about something extra I needed so I went back to my pending order so I could add the one single item! It says that you can and I figured no issues since my delivery wasn't due to arrive the next day around 2-4 pm. Boy was I wrong.... my order was automatically cancelled since I tried to add one item. There is NO place on the website or in the fine print that states after you place any order (cancelled or delivered to you) you have to wait a full 24 hours or longer before you can place another order. I attempted to order everything again that night around 11pm and I got an error code with a toll free number to call. The next morning I called and spoke with a women who told me to wait 2 hours and place the order again.. I got the same error code so I called back and they told me to wait a few hours and try again. Long story short... after multiple attempts and over $2300 worth of 'holds on my credit card" and NO groceries or end in sight. I finally went to Wal-Mart in Heber City and pulled up so they could put my groceries in the trunk! I mean... what a complete nightmare! I will be calling in the morning to get a refund for the $99 for Boost or disputing it with my credit card company! What a joke!
