For an "OUTLET" store, I found nothing within a price range affordable nor adorable of interest to even consider. (I did however, find a cute & perfect pair next door, at Famous Footwear!)Also the person working in the store on that Saturday that we came in, unfortunately had a terrible uncontrollable cough & I felt bad that they felt maybe for whatever reason they couldn't or/& had not called in sick.

We had an excellent shopping experience at the Sketchers Outlet in Park City (store 163). We bought 2 pairs of slip on shoes. They are really comfortable and the technology is great. The Assistant Store Manager (Anneli) was really friendly and helpful and gave us outstanding customer service. Thank you

We were hosting a charitable event for some students and Annneli and Kylee were so helpful. They made the evening a wonderful experience for the students and for us. The kids got shoes and socks that fit and that they loved, and we were able to get the paperwork we needed. Thank you!

What a great and pleasant experience at the Park City Outlets Store today! Your associate ANNNELI is a wonderful asset to your company. She was friendly, courteous, and helpful. I appreciated her wanting not only to help me, but it was obvious that she had the store at heart as well. People are so quick to bash folks when they aren’t happy and I understand that. No one it seems praises folks when the do everything right. This nice lady DID EVERYTHING RIGHT! Thank you for your great customer service! I appreciate you very much and because of you (and the great shoes you sell) I have become a great fan and customer!

My mom bought 2 pairs of shoes here. Anneli was extremely friendly and helpful to us. She even brought to our attention about a discount that gave us an additional 10% off. We definitely had a pleasant experience and left a happy customer.
