“Since my initial review, Christina responded to let me know that my units were cancelled and nothing was owed. The delay was due to illness. I’m changing my 2 star rating to 4. Thanks, Christina!I chose this facility a couple of months ago (in a pinch) due to their reasonable prices and high reviews. Everything was off to a great start with simple online reservation, contract, and automatic payments. Instructions to get in were sent promptly and very clear/easy to follow. After about a week, I realized that the units collect a lot of dust inside, which could be typical for outdoor units. The real trouble I have recently run into is trying to cancel my units. I’ve called 3 times during office hours, and it went straight to voicemail. I’ve left 3 voicemails and haven’t had my call returned. I also tried contacting them via email on their website. It’s been days and still no reply. I even stopped by in person today, and while their office sign said open, the door was locked. Prior to today, I cancelled automatic payments and removed both units from the online account hoping that would be enough. However, I received an email today with an invoice for one of the units. I’m hoping this review brings some attention so the matter can be resolved.”

“The facility is clean and very secure. The moving carts are helpful in getting things to your unit and easily fit through the hallways. The lighting is good and the lighting controls for units are on timers which saves on electricity and prevents lights from being left on unnecessarily!We were also able to use the moving truck once or twice - no extra cost - just bring it back full! The people are as nice as the facility! There is a reason they are almost always full - a combination of a great facility, great location and great people! Prices are competitive with others in the area too!Not a plant review - just a very satisfied customer!”

“Dakota - I highly recommend this storage unit due to a number of factors. The staff has always been very accommodable and always willing to lend a hand when asked upon! Dakota has helped me numerous times regarding any billing questions, and he's even offered to help shovel once the plows had already gone through the property. They have excellent promotions and a great location which is very accessible from the highway in Park City, UT.”

“I was in the middle of a move and needed a rental unit for a few weeks. The gal in the office was super accommodating and had us with a temporary storage unit in minutes. The unit was clean and easy to get to. The facility seems safe. I would absolutely recommend. My only complaint was that I never seem to be able to get anyone on the phone there. I think they may be a bit understaffed.”
