Trying to get a vaccine shouldn't be so difficult and disorganized. The staff seems to be doing their jobs for the very first day. They have no system, so long waits are consistent. Avoid the experience when possible!

Not sure what’s happening. Pharmacy counter hasn’t been open or returning rx calls from my doctor. Called location in Heber- super helpful! Hope this gets figured out soon.

Do not go if you need pharmacy. You call in and they said still open but upon walking in it is closed due to staffing issues.

God forbid, you need to reach someone in the pharmacy by phone, bc they do not answer their phones. I’ve had no problem with the stafff in person, however. I hate to change pharmacies, as I’ve used Walgreens for years, but in park city I may have to.

Sadly after many years I have had to change pharmacies. They rarely pick up their phone, are condescending when in person, inflexible and quite dismissive. Im sorry its come to this.

DO NOT USE THE PHARMACY! My surgeon sent my pain prescription electronically at 1p right after surgery. My representative went to pick it up at 3:45. Pharmavy said it wasn't ready but that they would call when it was ready. Almost 3 hours later, 24 minutes TO CLOSING, they called and said THE PAIN medication COULD NOT be filled at all, BUT I NEEDED CALL TO MY Dr. and pick it up at another pharmacy! All pharmacies were closing and NOW, it was after hours FOR MY DR! Pharmacist advised he could not transfer my pain medication prescription. So, after my Dr. Transferred pain prescription, I called today asking if my other medications were ready, he said he did not know if they would be ready for up to two days and can't tell me. The other two medications are supposed to be taken in conjunction with my pain medication, so pointless to wait two days. I'll be out of pain medication by then. SMHIf you need your prescription right after a surgery or are in a hurry, go to Walmart. They have more than one employee working. That is who filled my prescription last minute to help me so I didn't suffer through the night.

I've used this pharmacy for the last decade and the last few months have been the terrible. Most of the staff are very nice but there's always and error and I end up having to come back or wait for extended periods of time. This has happened one too many times and sadly I will have to switch my business elsewhere:(

Soulless and inhuman. Not hyperbole. Fact. I mean, how dare I make a human mistake and forget my medication creating an inconvenience for these people doing yeoman’s work with a star rating of 1.7. I made my situation clear and was treated as if I was a criminal for asking them to help me. Called ahead, was told one hour. Came back almost 1.5 hours later and the technician informed me that they “usually need 24 hours.” I guess I didn’t make it clear enough, the five times over the course of talking to three people, that it was a mistake. I worked as a technician at Walgreens. What a pathetic display at this store. Walgreens is deteriorating at an alarming rate nation-wide, but this is a special kind of apathy. Not very many name tags, no one answers with their name. I always assume that means they don’t want to be held accountable for their laziness. I don’t care if you’re a CPht, an RPh or a PharmD. If you work in a retail pharmacy you’re in customer service. The RPh I talked to on the phone didn’t give a name and sound so dull and listless. I can’t really fathom why I bother with Walgreens anywhere in the country anymore at all. There has literally been some problem 100% of the time I’ve had to have any dealings with them at all anywhere in the country. Gig Harbor Washington, Oceanside California, Lebanon Indiana. It doesn’t matter. Incapable of being human. Incapable of having empathy. Incapable of just being average. I’m 44 years old and I don’t think I’ve been treated as badly anywhere ever in my life. Again, not hyperbole. Fact.Update about an hour later:Just got off the phone w/ MD’s office who were concerned because the pharmacy apparently called them and behaved pretty abhorrently to my MD’s office as well. I was out of refills, which is okay and manageable but when the nightmare of a human tech asked no one knew what she was talking about. So, either someone refused to acknowledge the question or someone left without communicating what was happening. Neither is okay. I’ve worked at pharmacies with a script count of over 500 daily. This kind of mistake happens, fine, but own it. Don’t deflect and make your failure in this my fault. Everyone I talked to in this pharmacy to a person offered passive-aggressive remarks indicating that their ineffectiveness MY was error. No apologies, just defensiveness if I asked any kind of question or offered help by way of my experience in pharmacy. Pathetic. Lazy. Just clocking in, punching their widgets and punching out, collecting checks, no thought of human compassion made. Look at the other reviews. This is not new.Go to Fresh Market next door. Just had this all resolved with alacrity and patience by RPh Jim.

Zero stars for the male pharmacist. Extremely rude and unprofessional. We are from out of town, my baby was under the weather and I stopped by to buy some over the counter meds. I asked the pharmacist if he could give me a dropper to administer the meds, and he told me I could just buy one (for $8)He was extremely rude, and even gave me a dirty look. I said “thank you”and he didn’t even have the decency to respond. Seemed to me like he hates his job, don’t work with customers if you hate people that much.

As you can see from majority of the reviews at this Walgreens the pharmacy employees are horrifyingly rude. Never in my life have I had a such a horrible experience with a single pharmacy time and time again. If you want your medicine filled on time and a pharmacist that won't make you cry, you're at the wrong Walgreens.

This is the worst pharmacy in America. Everyone in town, including local doctors and urgent care, acknowledges how bad the pharmacist is. The staff is intentionally slow and rude. There is always a conflict with someone. You can come straight here from the doctors and be waiting in the store while they go on filling non-urgent prescriptions. They are rude and unprofessional. They don’t even have good “other” products to browse while you shop, or if you need quick meds. Honestly, I wish this store would just close. It’s useless. Whoever gave this store 5 stars because she was told that saline spray isn’t addictive is out of her mind.

I wish I could give NO STARS! The gentleman who answered the phone at the pharmacy was incredibly rude. It was a horrible experience. Very poor communication skills and Jesse, I believe he said his name is, I hope he receives mental health counseling/healing. Hurt people lack empathy. He shares no humility or compassion for humanity. This pharmacy really needs customer and quality service training.
