I would rate this zero stars if I could. I needed an eye medication immediately and they took the prescription and said it would be two days. Two days plus a weekend pass and nothing. I call them again and they say they will order it again and another two days pass and I call back and they tell me that they can’t get the medication. Really?? It takes a week to tell me you can’t get the medication? If the doctor didn’t have a sample for me to use, I’d be blind in one eye due to inept Walgreens pharmacy employees. Do not go here!!!!

Today's Task #1: FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY. My wife and I would rate this one "zero stars" if that were possible. If the pharmacy at the Park City Walgreens is in the least representative of the company at large, I fail to understand how the Walgreens Boots Alliance was not rendered bankrupt years ago. It is more common to have a prescription order lost than filled as promised -- as my wife experienced again, and for the last time, yesterday. The pharmacy also closes at seemingly random times, presumably due to staff shortages, so you get to make another trip regardless of whether or not your prescription has been lost. This store is an egregious examples of management incompetence and neglect.

I called and this Walgreens pharmacy informed me my prescription would be ready on Sunday after 1230. I get there and it turns out they're closed all day on Sunday. So don't go to the pharmacy on Sunday...

This pharmacy is a revolving door of disaster. Be prepared to face an unorganized pharmacy staff who is very prejudice and makes promises of medicine readiness which are never met. Sad.

Zofran Prescription was called in at 10:30 am by my daughter in law. We came to pick it up at 3:00 pm. They struggled to find it—said—oh yeah it was called in a couple of hours ago but no one one scanned it in. It will be 10 minutes. That was half an hour ago. Of the 7 or 8 people I’ve watched come and go from the pick up line, exactly 2 have left with a prescription and the phone is ringing off the hook. What is with this place??!!!

Parking lot full of potholes, inside is disgusting, dingy, and old looking. It’s a store that looks like it belongs in the ghetto, not park city. Men’s bathroom was also disgusting.

How is this business still in existence? Might be the worst ownership and management I have ever seen at any store in America. And how about that parking lot? There's only about 20 massive potholes that have been there for several years now. If this store has a problem (pharmacy, staff, stocking, parking lot) they simply refuse to fix it. Whole store is an embarrassment to Park City.

The cashier in this store has terrible service,
My Catalinas in offers never delivered them to me.
They tell me that they don't give Catalinas and I looked at how the machine printed the Catalinas.
I went back to ask for them and they just told me to call customer service.

The staff team is a perfect reflection of a comfortable pillow; SOFT. From random closures to random charges for late med pick-up because they were closed during the pickup timeline. I can’t think of a single job that gives its employees a “mandatory 2 hour lunch”. They average about 2-10 days to refill a prescription, depending on their “feelings”. The lil Asian guy and younger American woman have always been amazing though!

Terrible pharmacy that closes at unexpected times without notice. Unreliable.

I'm so done using this pharmacy. I've given them lik4 tries now.it takes them like 4days to fill my prescriptions. I don't know why they can't send me a text when my script is ready like every other pharmacy. Does. Nice staff but it's frustrating. When my doctor sends them a prescription. And I have to go all the way down there, to find out they don't have it.

Meg the manager at the pharmacy was so nice and helpful!!!! I was visiting from out of town and suddenly didn’t feel well and she helped me feel better. I am really grateful for her support when I was at a moment of need! Everyone in town was kind, especially Meg. I’m so grateful for the support. These people really care about their customers.

Disaster of a pharmacy. Was told my prescription would be ready by 11am. By 3pm it still wasn’t ready, so called to ask why. On the phone they said it would be ready in the next 30 minutes. By 6pm still not ready. When I finally was able to pick up, one of my prescriptions was missing and someone else’s filled prescription was in my bag! To be fair the pharmacist was kind, apologetic, and seemed legitimately disturbed by the mistakes that were made. But from the other reviews on this page, it sounds like these things happen here all too often.Edit: got home and found that one of my RX’s got filled with 170 pills instead of 30. Just going to pray this is still the right medicine
