The pharmacy has very poor customer service. Forget about calling them as they don’t answer the phone. The pharmacists are slow and rude - go to Walmart or Smiths instead in Kimball Junction.

The worst drugstore ever. I’ve tried to schedule a flu shot appointment 3 times and they keep cancelling my appointment. I went in to see if I could walk in (as they advertise) and the pharmacists acted like I was demanding a service they’ve never provided before. Not to mention they do not ever pick up phone calls.

They have a clear sign saying check in via the posted QR code….yet I just got a rant from the pharmacist because I didn’t come to the counter as well….not very neighborly
