Walked right out when I heard the female supervisor talking down to the male employee!! If you need to discipline a subordinate do so in private. No other employee should be present and definitely not consumers of your business. I am a business owner and if this ever happened in my business in front of customers we would be having a serious sit down. Very unprofessional. I only wish I had purchased an item to do the survey on the receipt as I don't know if these reviews are monitored.

I had the best experience with an employee Lizzie! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect sweater and was so kind and welcoming. Best Polo store ever !!

HORRIBLE customer service!!! Called during business hours and they ignored my call for over 15 minutes, waited until 4 minutes to close time and Regina finally answered just to tell me they can’t help me and to call during business hours… last I checked I had been calling during business hours for 15+ minutes while they ignored the call and clearly refused to work and do their job. Was super condescending and rude to me as well. Will not be giving them business ever again!!

Rip off. They’ve more than doubled the prices right before their 50% off sale, which still leaves you paying more than before the sale. Should be criminal.

I went into this outlet store in Park City few times to purchase some things. On my last trip I didn't look at my receipt at the time which was my fault for trusting the sales associate. The sales person double charged me for a knit pants on the receipt. I went back in a week and told them. The sales associate told me they can't help me. Eventually, I got hold of the manager who reluctantly refunded my but at the same he just crossed-out my entire receipt which had few other items that I had not returned. It was an experience I don't want to repeat. I suggest whoever goes here to double check your receipt. You only get to know the real person when you have an issue it seems.
