Ordered helmet and googles from Canada. Being originally from Europe I was always a fan. Arrival from the US to western Canada was lightspeed (2 days).Both items weren't a good fit. Sent it back a month ago, shipment was delivered over two weeks ago according to tracking and haven't heard back so far. How come buying is easy but returning a hassle? Not to mention that the return cost me $30 CAD out of pocket. You can do better POC being a premium brand. I am not coming back. Sorely disappointed in product and service.

What a great company to work with! We had misplaced our package and thought it was stolen. POC was willing to replace the items we ordered with a simple fedex stolen package report, no questions asked. Thankfully, we found the package before they sent us a new one, but their willingness to fix the situation so easily was so greatly appreciated! Will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!

I tried on a ton of bike helmets at different bike shops. The POC omne air spin helmet was the only one where I had an "AHHHH" moment. It really felt comfortable. Also the whole MIPS concept (even though it is not technically a Mips product) that the helmet rotates applied with this helmet because I could tighten it and it floated and rotated on my head. The gel padding in addition to the fit made the the helmet luxuriously comfortable. I had to go back to the store and get the one that felt so good....no matter how it looked on...but it looks like a pretty cool in the shiny black. Very happy with my new helmet. It makes me want to go out and ride...and throw my old helmet away!

Great company to deal with. I crashed while wearing a POC cycling helmet that I had recently purchased, and was very relieved and impressed that it had taken the entire impact and left me unscathed. I reached out to POC and they were good enough to provide me a crash discount on a replacement, in a very expedient manner. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a POC helmet again.

I contacted POC customer service to inquire about replacing some pieces of my orbic x spin helmet that I'd lost.Not only did they reply to my I inquiry the same day, but they offered to ship the spare parts free of charge.Definetly going to add to my poc inventory this coming ski year.Thanks guys!

Awesome helmets. Have owned may different brands of road and mbike cycling helmets and the POC are the most comfortable and best featured helmets I have in my arsenal. I particularly like the eyeglass garage feature on the Ventral Spin and the securely mounted visor on the POC Tectal.

Great customer support: I lost a pad from my full face MTB helmet (which I am very happy with) and contacted POC for spare parts. They replaced the lost pad quickly and free of charge.
