What a nightmare the manager was i went in to store to shop a 400 $ order and a item was out so it was 7:05 and I guess they closed at 7 pm and the manager said she wouldn't wait for me to pay. Got into a argument and then she says have a nice day after she made me feel horrible. Had no idea they closed at 7pm until she told me I had to leave without finishing my order. I was treated like crap and hopefully unless an emergency will never shop there again. Who needs the abuse.

Petco made it so easy to schedule the grooming appointment for our Irish Doddle. We appreciate the wonderful job done by Alex. She was very, very nice and did exactly what we asked for. We look forward to our next appointment for Riley. Thank you!!! Lynn Evins

Today I bought 10 crickets which I usually do about once a week from this location. This time they died within one hour of me buying them at this location and I went right home after purchasing them, which is only 15 minutes away. When I called, I received very poor customer service in that they refused to Replace the dead crickets or refund me the $1.80 It cost me to purchase them. I don’t care about the money but in principle this is poor customer service and I will now avoid this location after being a loyal customer for 4 years. They even admitted that the death of the crickets could have been caused by improper packaging by the Petco employee…

The store is organized and well stocked. I recently brought my dog for a private training session with Will before pursuing group sessions. I was impressed with Will's professionalism, expertise and kindness. Staff at the store was also very eager to help with shopping needs, very kind and respectful of my rescue's uncertainty around humans. Thank you, Will, Kim and those I am yet to meet.

Grooming - dog was CUT IN TWO PLACES, nicked under the leg and bleeding. Also bleeding from where the groomer had cut the nail quick. I would have expected a note to be captured on this and that I would have been informed on picking up my dog. Instead I was not told but was advised my dog had done great. It was only on walking to pick up dog food in the store that a trainer who leant down to pet her saw the bleeding paw and then also pointed out the other cut (he was great as were the front desk team - empathetic). They telephoned the manager from what I could hear he did not have the same attitude. I was advised this manager would call me today but still waiting. Grooming that resulted in two cuts must mean inexperienced groomers so I would highly warn against grooming at this store. Good qualified experienced groomers are very important if a dog is not to be scared / traumatised.

I bought almost 100.00 worth of Christmas dog toys and supplies the first week of January on sale. When I got home I decided I did not need them all. So I picked a few to return. 9 days later I took three unused toys with tags on and with receipt. The cashier told me since it was holiday merch I couldn’t return it. I asked her why because the receipt didn’t say anything about final
Sale and pointed to her sign at the register (that all pet co’s have) that their merchandise is guaranteed and returnable . She then called for someone from the office to come and Talk to me and that employee said the same thing. I explained I didn’t even uses or remove the tags, I had the receipt and I bought these after the holiday and it had only been 9 days prior and there is a sign saying everything is guaranteed. She said no return. I went a few days later to a different petco and returned with no problems and no questions. Not sure what the Park City location problem is and their lack of customer service but I know I will never purchase anything from them and to be honest probably not any Petco, if they can put a sign up and print on a receipt that items are guaranteed and returnable but then some of their stores can make their own policies and not honor that but still keep a sign up saying they will return anything.

Ordered same day delivery for fish tank and set-up...all that got delivered were the filter and a refill. Why would I need these without the tank? Consumerism over common sense.

Great staff very helpful. Even though it was busy they took time to help me find what I need. The checkout person was very knowledgeable helped with advice on training my dog. He took the time, which meant a lot.

Great people, great service. We are visiting Park City, our 12 year old Sir Bentley gets bathed every two weeks. I called Petco and they made. time for Bentley the following day. Whitney did a fabulous job!
