Park city contractor here avoiding their service looks like they are mad all the time,don’t think they sale more direct people up there but they talk to contractors like they are mad with their job, you guys should have some customer service courses or increase payment, benjamin Moore paint isn’t a cheap one

Hans has been really great in the past years. Unfortunately, his attitude and manners are so off. He wanted me to pay for a mess up paint match that did not match the color I brought in. Then he yells, "I'm going to charge you for both!" Just go to Sherwin-Williams much better! And you won't have to pay for other people's mistakes.

Haven't used this company before (Thank God!) and will NEVER recommend using them after my encounter with them today. After parking extremely close to my mothers car she politely asked if he would be willing to move his car she could get in. We were immediately met with shouting expletives, name calling, etc.... It was so offensive and extremely unnecessary. It's a small town guys... behavior like that won't get you too far!

Home Depot does a better job of matching paint than this store. Brought in a sample from my ceiling, matched paint they gave me wasn't even close. Was then told I needed to bring in another sample, start all over again AND pay for another quart?

We were told by we weren't even allowed inside to look at swatches for our large exterior project. The employee was standing right out front of the store puffing away on a cigarette. A year & half later they are playing archaic Covid games. Go to Ace in Kamas - they carry BM paint and will actually help you.

Scott told us he would send his best guys and he did, they nailed it. They worked none stop, had great attitudes, cleaned up. Will use them in the future for any touch up needed over the years.Highly recommend this company

It's unfortunate they carry Benjamin Moore paint... it's the best paint.... but Park City Paint is NOT the best paint store! Terrible customer service, rude and not helpful. Meager knowledge, they couldn't match my paint color or sheen... ridiculous for a paint store! I had more knowledge than the people helping me. Sad because they sell my favorite brand of paint. I will have to make the drive elsewhere.
