Trying to do a return here took about 20 minutes for two items. The manager helped us, but didn't know how to use the PoS, and an associate kept interrupting us, asking if this or that should be folded. The manager initially rang up the wrong amount, trying to return less than we deserved back. The store was dirty, dust everywhere, disorganized.

Unprofessional employee at the changing room proceeded to unlock and open the door after I said I was inside. I had to grab the door and close it quick! He never apologized and was distracted by other customers.

Out of all the places I visited here in my visit at the outlet stores today this was my least favorite. I Was Here for a Good while before I even seen and employ. Finally found them hunched behind the desk, both of them with your freeze pulled up over their heads, playing what look to be games on the cell phone. But definitely on their phone. Not looking anywhere customers not caring it I was standing there, or anything of the sort.The store wasn't looking that great anyway a little disappointing. I've been to much better vaccines. Oh yeah the handwritten sign on that door about closing a half hour earlier than the posted hours, is nothing but two teenage kids wanting to go home early.

The people here are really nice and helpful now. I think theyre under new management because the last time i was here i didnt have a good experience. Love it now though!

Hours are incorrect in the maps - indicates 9:00 pm closing time, but closed At 7:00 on. Oh well - your business lost!

PacSun has really lost their image! catering to the lowest denominator! PacSun became popular with the surfer wear demographic but like others, they have caved to the pressure of Political Correctness by dropping the very people and image that made them popular. Go into any PacSun store and look on the walls, you will see nothing but pictures of minorities and no room for white people anymore. They have decided to participate in the great replacement. I No longer will be supporting a company that has changed so drastically to appease these crappy times we are living in. No more PacSun!

The guy who helped us was completely rude and disrespectful to my whole family!! He Made unnecessary comments and judge us for every shopping choice we made. He was the complete opposite of a great employee… he had a rainbow mask on and blonde hair ;)

Not much of a selection and one of the workers was sitting in a box behind the counter texting. Was he on a break? Idk, but super weird.
