This is customer service!. Bought a jacket 2 years ago, and a snap fell off. John and the folks at Overland didn’t even hesitate—I was able to print a fee return lab online. Shipped the coat from Tennessee on Monday and was wearing a brand new replacement on Friday. Can’t say enough positive about Overland Park City, and Grace in customer service at the Iowa mother shop.

The friendliness of the staff here along with the quality of the boots and coats available make this my new favorite shop to visit in Park City! They were very honest and helpful in finding the right hat for me!

When me and my wife went to visit this location the couple that assisted us were just so welcoming!, great and friendly!, We didn't buy anything since we were just passing through and visiting. But we live in Colorado and it gets super cold here so I will be purchasing coats for my wife and I buy the end of this summer. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Michael and Andrea.

I love this store. The good news is my daughter does as well. The bad news is "Dad" has to pay. LOL Wonderful staff and fabulous selection of jackets, hats, gloves. The quality is old-world and craftsmanship is fantastic. Definitely recommend visiting the location when in Park City. You won't be disappointed.

Love love love the products. My slippers are amazing. I live in them! Sooo cute. I got the indoor outdoor slippers and I get a million comments on them. They look like shoes and sometimes I run small errands in them.

Love the products from this company and the employees of the store make shopping here a pleasurable experience. My wife and I went to various leather stores while in park city, but we ended up coming back to overland. Would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality leather products, that don’t play the game of marking down a thousand dollars to get a sale.

Came here looking for some wool and fur lined boots for mom. Couldn't find any that would be comfy enough for her feet. Found some matching Rex slip knot scarves and shearling mittens for my mom and me for the upcoming winter in MI. One side is for men and the other for the ladies. Lots of warm apparel and outer gears for extreme weather. Reasonably priced. Staff was helpful.

My experience at this store was probably the best customer service experience I've ever had anywhere. The store manager, Felicia, is one of the most amazing people I've ever done business with. She was able to pull up my purchase history dating back YEARS. I had a jacket tear shortly after purchasing it and she made sure I walked out of there with a new jacket that I loved. She followed up with email and phone calls to make sure I had the tracking information and everything was correct with the order. Probably the nicest and most helpful person at a store that I've ever dealt with. If you want anything leather or fur, go to this store. Find Felicia - she will make sure you find exactly what you want!

I walked into this store which is on Main Street just to randomly see what they had. I was impressed with the quality of their leather goods. They have nice boots, hats, gloves and jackets. The store is small but impressive with their selections and friendly service. I ended up finding a jacket that I liked and decided to purchase. I was very pleased with how much time was taken to explain the differences in different types of leather. I found it to be educational and definitely not pushy. Im happy I found this store and highly recommended it.

Felicia and Craig are some of the kindest people you’ll come across. I only bought a small wallet (which is beautiful) but they still treated us like we had spent thousands of dollars. It’s not very often you walk into a quality store like that and everyone is treated as if they are regulars in a local coffee shop. Very special place ran by very special people.
