I was visiting from out of town and called in to see if I could buy a one time class. The front desk staff was so kind and was excited to sign me up right away! Tyra was the coach for my class and she was amazing, she explained everything to me perfectly (it was my first time at an orange theory in general) and I felt extremely welcome and had a great workout!! Thanks to everyone that made my experience.

Did the DriTri today after not going for a year and was reminded of how great OTF can be. Such positive energy, cheating, and pushing for a little faster.

There are always classes that fit my schedule and the app makes it so easy to book them. The coaches are great and very motivating and I love that I have a record of my performance on the app

I used to enjoy this studio, but it hasn't been good now for a number of years. The new ownership group which took over from local owners in summer/fall 2021 has really run this place into the ground. All of the original trainers and all but a few front desk staff members have quit. The membership levels are much lower than in the past. The studio itself could use some TLC.This is a great example of how private equity backed businesses don't give a damn about customers, they only care about their bottom line.Do yourself a favor and drive down to OTF Holladay or OTF Cottonwood Heights. Those are still locally-owned and run like OTF Park City used to be run.

I love that OTF is exactly an hour, and no matter the workout you always leave sweaty. Park City has great coaches!

The location is very convenient for me and OTF corporate has leveled up their templates. What makes the Park City location the best is their coaching staff and front desk staff. They are the best. Maddison and Bryson at the front desk are so friendly. Coaches Cody, Greg, Hannah, Bryson, and Nina are very good at what they do. It's a great workout and I love hanging out with the community before class starts.

This used to be one of the best OTF locations, but it has really gone downhill since the local owners sold out. All of the original coaches are gone, the customer service is very "corporate" now, and the overall vibe is just a lot more negative. When visiting PC these days, I get my workouts elsewhere. If I'm dying to do OTF, I drive down to Holladay because the owners of the PC and Sugarhouse OTFs are the same the Sugarhouse studio has seen a similar decline in the past 18-24 months.

Highly recommend for the person who needs a boost in discipline. Motivating staff and the efficient workout keeps me going; 6 year member! Thank you, OTF Park City!

Coaches are excellent, attentive, and supportive. Staff is friendly and motivating. The workouts are great, not intimidating for a couch potato/beginner like me.

There is no other workout that gives you the “best bang for your buck”. In a little under an hour, I burn more calories than I ever have cycling, tennis or any cardio class. Not only is it a cardio and a HIIT class, but also incorporates weights to build muscle. The staff at PC OT are all so friendly and know everyone by name. All the coaches have great energy, are encouraging and share their knowledge of good form and alternate exercises to push or temper workouts.

I have been to several OT locations since joining, but I absolutely love coming home to this location!! The front desk staff gets you pumped and ready to go and the coaches are amazing. It is a great way to get a full workout in!

Orangetheory Fitness Park City is the best “gym” I have ever joined. The coaches and staff are so professional and helpful. The classes are always challenging and different each day- so it is never boring. The facility is always super clean as well.

I absolutely loved my first class. I felt like I was walking into a very clean night club. The music and energy was very uplifting and got me ready to go. I left feeling challenged but wanting more. Everyone was very friendly that works there and I even left with a new friend. Overall I got more than I expected to get out of it so that’s amazing ?

Greg was a wonderful instructor.Outside of that, the experience was meh. I was rushed through the check in process, as I "had to" be introduced to the instructor before the class, so I didn't want to hold up the rest of the class while I put my shoes on and filled my water bottle. Once the class started, it was 20 minutes before the person checking me in realized he didn't give me a tracker, so he found me and asked if I wanted to put it on mid-cardio session. When I hopped on the rower, I found one of the foot straps was broken, which makes me question their equipment maintenance. I pointed it out to Greg, and hopefully it has been corrected. [I am told the strap was fixed before the next class.] Unfortunately, all the rowers were being used, so I couldn't switch. After class, I was hounded about potentially joining, and I later received a text, then a phone call about membership. When checking my bank statement, I also found that I had been charged the drop in rate, instead of getting my "free first class." Which just added insult to the barrage of membership join calls. Needless to say, I won't be back, despite really enjoying Greg's coaching style.Edit: Thanks for the quick reply, OTF PC. I’m still confused why I received a barrage of joining OTF PC messages, if you had no interest in signing me up, because I’m not a PC resident (though I’m in PC often, and only a 25 minute drive from my home in SLC). I expect the barrage of trying to sign me up if the first class is free, but if you’re making me pay, leave me alone, or just say thanks and that you hope to see me again when I’m in PC next. I am glad you don’t skimp in maintaining equipment, though. Thanks for fixing the strap before the next class. (Added one star because equipment was addressed and corrected)
