Highly recommended this store. My wife and I came in for the first time today and could not be more pleased. Primarily a women's store, my wife loved their unique selection of jewlery and trendy sweaters. Not only this but their customer service was refreshing as well. Right off the bat we were greeted by a sweet young lady who was very accommodating. I wish I could give credit where credit is deserved. Unfortunately I did not catch her name but the young lady had blonde hair and was wearing a purple sweater. She was insightful and patient with my very picky wife. Overall a great store and we will be revisiting.

I would give them zero stars. Walked in both young ladies on their phones neither even looked up much less greeted me. Cute stuff. Would have made a purchase but not at a business who doesn't care...

Cute boutique in park city. Unfortunately the staff the day I was in very unfriendly. They have a mix of high end to reasonably priced goods. Some touristy park city swag as well and some home goods. They used to feature custom jewelry from local artist now it's all Ink +alloy. I guess it's worth a stop in if you're just browsing maybe you'll find something you like.

Cute stuff in this store but the service is lacking.... BIG TIME! I found a cute blazer I wanted to try on and asked a older woman how much it was because there was no price tag. She says and I quote.... "I don't know, it's new and I have no way of looking it up".... Then she takes the stack of blazers and walks away toward the back room. Ok.... Go upstairs to look around and as I'm coming back down, she is putting the blazers out again... "oh you found the price?" Looks at me and says "nope" picks them back up and takes them to the back. I guess she really did not want me to buy anything! Hahaha Too many other cute stores to buy from than have to deal with a rude sales associate. Seems like this woman needs to pick another profession, maybe one that requires no interaction with people!

Gave 2 Stars due to having loved Olive and Tweed for years. However the last few visits since the new owner ship I have been nothing but disappointed. The workers are rude. A few months back I had family visiting and was walking around all day. I have frequently bought from this boutique and almost rarely leave empty handed. We still had lots of walking to do so I opted to put the jeans I wanted on hold and come back when we were walking home. The girl checking me out made no fuss until another women made a side comment in a rude tone “we don’t usually do that.” As if I wasn’t right there. Flags forward to tonight I walk into the store at 6:45 and ask if they are still open I only here yes from the young ladies at front. (With mud season you never know how hours have changed) I proceeded to shop only to be approached asking if I was ready to try my clothes on I could feel the uncomfortably so I asked if they were closing she said yes but I could still try my clothes on. (Her tone was annoyed and bothered while still attempting to be polite by saying I could try on. I decided I spend my money much better at the other boutiques on main and opted not to try anything on and continue to support this business . In the future if you close soon be clear about that from the get go, hence why I even asked when I went in. I work in the industry and have also worked at boutique on main and never once treated a paying customer and let alone a local who shops frequently here like a burden.

I keep forgetting to leave a review for this cute little shop! I stopped in at Olive and Tweed because some of their items caught my eye through the window. I ended up buying the cutest wide leg romper. I get compliments on it all the time. I’m all about quality and this romper was breathable and thin but so soft and it was made well. Will definitely stop by this cute shop again! Also the girl working there was kind and helpful. I normally will walk out of a clothing or shoe store if no one asks me if I need any help within 5 minutes or if I feel like I’m being ignored…customer service is important to me. Thanks for having that be one of the things that made me want to shop here!

I love this place! Such a cute store! I live in Illinois but I go there every time I’m in Park City. I bought a great necklace from them that I really loved and wore all the time. Unfortunately, I lost it and was so bummed. I called the store and Renee was so helpful. They didn’t have any more of the necklaces in the store but she went above and beyond and ordered one from the artist (it’s handmade) and had it directly mailed to me. I’m so happy with it and so thankful to Renee for her help. Definitely check out this great boutique when you’re in Park City!

When I walked through the door I didn’t recieve a greeting and after looking at clothes and wanting to try something on I received no help. I asked to see the manager and it was the girl working I believe her name was Renee she had a terrible attitude and wasn’t interested in helping me and seemed more focused on her phone than anything. Awful.

Clothes are cute. Accessories are better found some super cute earrings, rings and necklaces here. The price point was reasonable too. I wanted some small layering pieces to add to my crystal necklace I got in Sedona. Found these dainty initial necklaces for $18. You can find some cute gifts for a friend in here too! The girl who works here was soooo sweet! Love the customer service in Utah!

I visited park city at the beginning of December and bought an S necklace from them. I was discounted because when I got back home (on the east coast) a link in the necklace had broke. I emailed the manager and she was SO SWEET and understanding. She immediately sent me a replacement. If you’re in the area, you should def stop by! Thanks again

I want to love this store so badly. I go in frequently and love the merchandise and the visual appeal of the store, yet I have never spent a dime here... So why the review? It's because I have tried to spend money and no one who works here helps. No greeting you when you walk in, no asking if you have questions/need a fitting room/would like to see something from a case. This has been every time I enter the store and yesterday's visit was the last straw. I didn't realize that Olive and Tweed were in connection with the new shop up the hill. I went there first and the sales associate left me in the store alone while she went down to Olive... No greeting, no "I'll be right back", if I wanted to buy something I physically couldn't because no one that worked there was there while I shopped. I walked down to Olive, the previous associate walked back to the uphill store, still said nothing. I shopped the entire store while the woman working worked on a rolling rack behind the register, she never even looked up to make eye contact.I typically save reviews for the good stuff as it is easier to rant than to praise and I manage retail - so I get the difficulties sometimes... But this type of service is sad and unforgettable.

I was visiting from Newport Beach and popped into this cute boutique. I found a blouse on the sale rack and purchased it. My mistake was not trying it on. It was my size and looked like it would fit. When I got home and put it on, I was shocked to find out that it was sewn together very badly! One sleeve was 4 inches longer that the other. And the neck line was way off. All I'm saying is beware of cheap ill made clothes at this store. Gary's wife
