I’ve lived in Pinebrook for ten years and this nail salon has really lost its edge. Don’t be fooled by the new chairs and low budget remodel. Prices have majorly increased and the quality of service has diminished. I got a pedicure yesterday. Less than a day later it is wearing off. I had to trim my own nails because Mark was harming me. He did not give one hoot about the quality of his work and did not put on a top coat. This place is awful.

I made an appointment for the Basic Mint Pedicure on a Saturday in May. Their website advertised this is a 45 minute service. I was in and out within 35 minutes and this included sitting there between 5 - 10 minutes to let the polish dry. When I mentioned this to guy taking my money, he replied, “We allow up to 45 minutes because some technicians are slower. You got a faster one.” I arrived without nail polish on my toes so no time was spent removing it. The least he could’ve done was give a longer massage. Additionally, my chair was broken and it was quite warm in the building. The lady next to me had a small fan to cool down. Part of getting pedicures is to relax and feel pampered. Safly, this experience was far from that. ?

I have been a customer of this shop for over 15 years. The services under the new ownership or management need a lot of improvement. In May, my technician was told to finished me up as they had a group of 3 people coming in and they needed my chair. The service was then completed in less that 25 minutes. Today, things were going well, but then my technician was told he had to move to another client when my pedicure wasn’t completed. Then they were starting to put a different color on my toes for the second coat. I would have said the incident in May was a single experience, but it appears it is not. I didn’t see any other customer have their appointment mishandled. Guess it is time to find a new studio.

Terrible service. I made an appointment for me and my daughter. They started my daughter’s nails immediately and I sat there for 30 minutes and no one helped me. My daughter was literally done with her appointment and still no one had even started on my nails. I left without getting my nails done. Why do they bother taking appointments? Go elsewhere.

Nails La Belle is the best in Park City, hands down. I've tried many different salons and the quality here is much better than any other nail salon in town. My polish lasts way longer and doesn't chip. The experience is always pleasant, even when they are busy. I also love that you can pay with Venmo!

I've never written a bad review about a business before - but this is warranted. Hands down the worst mani pedi I've ever received - nails cut WAY too short, didn't even allow enough time under the UV thing and chipping within minutes of leaving, sloppy rushed and just poorly done.

I have been a regular since Nails La belle opened their doors many years ago. They must be under new ownership. The owner has done a nice job trying to update the aesthetic of the salon but, I have noticed it is dirty and un kept. I walked in for my appointment first thing in the morning and found the floors filthy with debris from the day before. The chairs were dirty with nail dust. Clearly not cleaned before opening. Hygiene is so important in this business and I know the old owner would not have allowed the doors to open without the chairs and floors cleaned. Very disappointing. If I didn't love my nail technician I wouldn't be back!

The place is nice and the staff were polite. We got a gel mani with chrome and a gel x set with chrome. One of the nail techs seemed to be training so I did get hit a tiny bit by the drill but otherwise a great experience! Me and my friend were happy. They also completely nailed what I wanted from my reference photo. Spent $115 before tip

This place always impresses me with their design skills and shaping abilities. They always give me exactly what I want or it looks just like my reference photo. I used to get acrylics but now I have recently been getting Gel X. I do have some complaints though... the most recent time I went they did not fix up my cuticles and they never put the Gel X nail close to my cuticle so I leave the salon with what looks like a weeks worth of growth. I will say that the costumer service is great though. Also the SAME night I got my nails done, my pinky nail popped off :(

Quality was amazing. I can't tell you how much detail Adrian spent on my cuticles and making my nails the perfect shape ‼best nail job I've had. He even cheered on my Tar Heels during March madness with me. You should definitely request him.

So sad to see this nail salon go down in service like others in park city. I love to have pedicure here but 2 x now I have scheduled appointment and when I arrive they are too busy to take me and say wait another 20 min. Why make appointments. When I asked for a gc to come back another time they said no we don’t do that. While the person who booked my apt was sitting under a blanket on his phone w headsets on. Major disappointment.
