In an age when you only get robots when you call customer service, the Park City branch of FCBU is full of real people.Edwin Figueroa the VP branch manager immediately took my call and guided me through a complicated financial transaction that had to be done immediately. His competence, and most importantly his attention to my problem was a refreshing and reassuring experience in these automated times.

A few years ago I opened an account in this bank and it is a pleasure every time a transaction has to be carried out. The atmosphere is familiar, with attentive, warm and personalized treatment. They work with people who speak Spanish/English who help solve any problem that arises, even from outside the USA, they have resolved various situations with agility and ease of communication. I have had bank accounts in several banks, and in none have I received as good service as here. Without a doubt, I recommend it!
