Absolutely appalling how they lure you into a membership, making you believe you can have a monthly session. However, appointments are near impossible to get on a regular basis. My wife and I both had memberships, but the ability to have a massage on a regular basis is impossible. They have needed more therapists for well over a year, but fail to fill staff openings.

New management/front desk has been fabulous. So happy to see things turning around here, and can’t wait to be back!!!!

Want to know what a poorly run franchise looks like? Look no further than Massage Envy Park City. Called at least 20 times in the last three months to make an appointment for my May visit to Park City. No one EVER answered the phone and no one EVER had the courtesy of returning my messages. My local branch even tried calling for me but they couldn't get through either. My local branch did tell me I could make an appointment on line, but if I had to cancel I had to call in, there is no way to cancel on line. Since no one EVER answers the phone or returns calls I couldn't take the chance. Luckily there are plenty of other options for a massage in Park City.

Takes money but never has appointments -- no appointments available week after week after week. Avoid at all costs.

I should have known better than to trust the person at the front desk who told me we could cancel a membership with 30 days notice. I called today to cancel because we can't get appointments, other than to wait for them to notify us of cancellations. I was told "it's a binding contract for 12 months... no cancellation option." I'm not sure what it's like at other ME locations, but this one has really gone downhill. Don't get scammed into buying any sort of membership.

Avoid at all cost. I have a $300 gift card that I'd love to use, but nothing is ever available, ever. After multiple calls to this PC location as well as corporate, nothing has changed and basically my wife spent $300 on nothing. BBB complaint is next, this place is a fraud.

What a joke. I have a gift card and have tried four times to use it with over a 2 month wait list. Today I was told that there were no openings through February?! I was happily offered a facial. Will try to sell on-line

I can never get in or make an appointment. I bought a $200 gift certificate and now they can't honor the certificate in Park City Utah. I can never get through on the phone, the website is horrible to try and make an appointment is next to impossible. I've gone to the location a few times to make the appointment in person and the door is always locked and the lady just waves us away as she is on her cell phone. I want my money back.

So far not impressed. I bought a package deal for my husband for Christmas. I have yet to have them answer the phone to make an appt . I could show up in person to make the appt but this isn't convenient. This is not the optimal way to run a business. Tried to do it on line and there was never any openings. Very disappointed. I will most likely lose out on the 300 or so dollars I spent as they will likely not refund me. They lock you into these deals that are supposed to save you money then they give you a deadline to use them. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

One of the employees at this location is unsympathetic towards children and sides with dogs that attack children. Our son didn't go up to the dog just went in the outer vicinity of its leash and the dog ran and nipped at him. Very disappointed with how the massage therapist handled this situation.

Absolutely nothing was prepared for my massage. I made my appointment for a hot hot rocks massage with the foot exfoliation perk. When arrived for my appointment I was told that the hot rocks actually would not be included because "no one had prepared the stones." Then during my massage the Masseuse left twice to get the foot exfoliation towels but apparently no one had prepared the towels either so that perk was also denied. Both the masseuse and the front desk were very apologetic about the "lack of preparation" and they tried To compensate me with a half empty bottle of massage cream and the exfoliation samples that were supposed to have been used during my massage. Any other form of compensation was denied and I was still charged full price for a 90 minute massage despite the fact that none of my perks were included. I was the last appointment on a Saturday so I'm sure everyone at the spa was eager to end their workday. My first and only massage experience at this location was a complete disappointment. If you're looking for a fantastic massage, both Elements message and Waldorf Astoria Spa have always been AMAZING for me.

Do not join! I signed up for the 12 month promotion - $60/month which includes 1 massage / month with any additional massage during the month at a discounted rate of $40. I thought that was a great promotion and as I have a ME 3 miles from my house, I signed up. The problem with the Park City location is that there in no availability - if you call to make an appt in July, they will tell you that they're booked through Sept, and then they will offer to put you on the cancellation list. In 5 months, I have never been called for availability from a cancellation. I spoke to the manager about the situation; I told her that I wanted to cancel my contract (I have 7 months remaining). She told me that that was impossible, and that I had signed a contract and I was bound to it. I told her that ME has never upheld their end of the contract. She suggested I drive to another city 26 miles away to get an appointment. All I ask is that as they cannot uphold their end of their promotional offer, that they let me out of my contract; it seems the only right thing to do. Instead, the manager argued with me and then emailed me a copy of the contract.

Love some of the masseuses here. Unfortunately there is high turnover but when I find a good one I try to stick with them. Not super happy about the front desks staff who claims that cdc guidelines restrict them from handing out disposable cups for water. Seems strange that I can go to a restaurant and be handed countless items, glassware, plates, cups, and yet they can't hand me a disposable cup for their water machine. One week later I hit up two massage envy's in Arizona and they both have a full tea and water station for guests to use.
