I literally do not make complaints very but I had to for this. Walked into Best Buy in Park City today looking to purchase an Apple HomePod or 2 or 3. Walked to the section where the other brands were (Alexa, etc.) and did not see any. Asked the closest employee who was standing about 10 feet away where we might find a HomePod, he said, "Go over to customer service and they'll help you find one." So my husband walked over to ask. That employee said, "Oh, they are over there by the Alexa ones, there should be some boxes right by those." Feeling a little put off, I walked to the man at the front who stands there when you're coming and going. He was using his phone and looked a little annoyed to have to help. I was smiling, he was not. I said, "Is there a store manager around that I can talk to please?" He said, "That would be me." I said, "Great, I kind of feel like we're getting the run around" and explained what had happened. He said, "Ya, everyone is busy right now, I can look it up on here" as he started looking on the computer. He said, "We have these two types, do you want either one of these?" I said, "I'd really like to be able to hear how it sounds." He said, "Oh we don't have any on display, do you want one of these?" I let him know I wasn't interested. Honestly, I was too frustrated at that point. I felt like NONE of them were interested in helping us or selling us anything. We ended up driving 30 minutes to an Apple Store in the City Creek Center mall where we were given top notch service and purchased three of them. I felt like I needed to give a review because I even tried to call the store back and talk to someone higher up to give some constructive feedback but that was a rabbit hole that lead nowhere. It seems you can't file a concern very easily, so here you go...you get a Yelp review.

Came to buy a camera and accessories, left with nothing. Looked like a discount warehouse with no inventory. A few returns with open box stickers and lots of empty shelves and your not busy at all. No reason for people to visit if you have no inventory. Store felt dirty and unorganized. Used to love going to Best Buy, times have changed for sure.

Pretty awful experience. I ordered a tv for pickup over black friday at this location due to the product being sold out at other stores. I ordered an open box- excellent tv and was excited that I got a good deal. When arriving at the best buy, I waited in the pickup parking lot for half an hour after saying on the app that I had arrived. After waiting, I gave up and went inside to see what was going on. Apparently they had lost the tv that I had just bought. They didn't have any explanation just that they had lost it. I waited another half hour while they searched for the tv and tried to sell me a different tv that was $200 more. I had already driven an hour to this best buy and waited another hour at the store so I wasn't going to settle for paying another $200 for a different tv. They finally found the tv in the original place it was supposed to be after an hour. I drove home, carried the tv inside and after unwrapping the tv I noticed there was a big dent on the screen and part of the screen looked like it was peeling off. After plugging the tv in, it was clear that the tv was broken. I was skeptical at first about buying an open-box tv but after reading about the various tests that they must go through to sell them, I decided to buy one. They sold me a broken tv and I'm sure they didn't even bother to look at the screen before selling it. Worst customer service experience I've ever had but luckily I was able to return the tv at a different Best Buy where they had great customer service and were able to get me my money back. Don't go to this Best Buy if you can avoid it.

DO NOT buy appliances from best buy. i purchased a monogram dishwasher from them in april 2021. in late 2021 they installed an extremely cheap GE dishwasher (like 15% of the price of the one i paid for) and told me the one i actually purchased is on back order. They acknowledge this is a problem, but here i am almost 11 months after the purchase and the issue hasn't been resolved. i've offered to accept an equal value dishwasher multiple times and they've scheduled 6 different times to come out and do that. each time they cancel during the scheduled window (after i've arranged to be there). i've never experienced customer care even remotely as bad as this. i'm stunned and helpless.

This store seems severely understaffed. The staff that is present seem very inexperienced and have a hard time dealing with customers. This is understandable given the current labor shortage. However, the store itself has a few issues. Many basic items are not in stock. The floor is also very disorganized, with cardboard boxes and packaging all over the place, as well as merchandise falling over or on the floor. Products also aren't sorted in any seemingly logical way. Things in the same category are spread throughout the store and on shelves where they shouldn't belong. Basically, this store seems extremely poorly managed and noticeably understaffed.

Inventory is sparse, absolutely nothing in any of the popular often sold out items are available here. The store is smaller so often items available at other best buys are not available here either. This store used to be better, nows its kind of a run-down half empty dimly lit lackluster bestbuy.

We recently purchased a TV and needed installation to be part of the package. The website indicated the service wasn't available. I called Best Buy and was given the name of the manager at the Park City store. I emailed Eric Morgan as I couldn't get through by phone. He was very responsive, he took care of organizing the installation and did so in a tight time frame. This is the type of customer service that will keep me going back to Best Buy Park City. Thank you so much Eric for your assistance. And by the way, the installation was done perfectly with a very professional crew.

Best buy is the absolute worst company to do business with. I have purchased 2 items over the years with Best buy Recently a Sony TV I did not purchase a warranty plan. Of course the Tv was working last Saturday the 30th and t31 of November it stopped working. We Contacted Best buy geek squad who couldn't help us so they sent us direct to sony who couldn't help us so they sent us back to geek squad who said they would redirect us to the warranty dept. They would not come out and help us Said I didn't purchase a warranty upon the original time I purchased the tv 2 years ago. I said ok , I am happy to pay to have them come to my house and fix the tv. They would not allow this. They said they will not come help me. This is absurd. I am willing to pay $ 100 hr or whatever they charge and they told me no. I will NEVER EVER purchase ANYTHING from Best buy again. Worst service ever. Go to Costco or RC willey Im planning to see this company go out of business with this bad of customer service. DO NOT BUY from them. You will regret it Ryan unsatisfied customer Park City Utah

Never again will I purchase from Best Buy! VERY disappointed in their customer support. Compared to Walmart or Costco or RCWilley, they rank -10 or worse. Bought a tv 6 weeks ago and without geek squad "protection " I just wasted my money. I don't remember them even suggesting I purchase geek protection!

Made a service appointment for 11:20. Arrived at 11:15. I was informed that the service personnel does not come in until 2:00pm. Best Buy should have called and informed me of this fact, What's the point of having an appointment? A total waste of my time, as I had to take time off away from my work.

I worked hours and hours to earn enough money to buy a Nintendo Switch and 2 games for it. One on the games I purchased was defective. I tried to return the game, but the manager said there was nothing they could do. Never buy games from Best Buy. 0/5 Stars.

Zero stars. My son used his hard earned money to buy a Switch and two games. One of the games was defective so we brought it back and they would not give us store credit for it. They didn't have a replacement either, so now he is out $50. Managers could care less.

Geek Squad Review: A technician by the name of Bort really knows his way around computers. Very professional, very kind, fast service. Left a positive impression on me. I recommend highly!!
