Very disappointed about my last visit to Lucky Brand in Park City earlier this month (May 2023). My wife and I decided to enjoy a nice day in Park City while shopping at the outlet stores. Overall a very pleasant experience, that is until I got to Lucky Brand (the name is deceiving). I went in alone, grabbed some stuff to try on, went into the changing room, closed the curtain and within a minute one of the ladies working there opens the curtain, without even asking if anyone was in there, and tells me that this dressing room is taken. I look around, and there's nothing in the room, but ok, I go to another one. She comes over a minute later and says, "hey guy, everything alright in there?" She then proceeds to call me guy for the remainder of my time in the store, while addressing other patrons as sir and ma'am. I'm wondering what makes them sir and ma'am and me guy? I was well dressed, quietly browsing, bags in hand from other stores, but somehow I was "guy" and nothing else. My wife came in about half way through all this and gave me a funny look after the 5th "guy" she heard. I was bothered as to how rude this person was, so I called customer service to give them my opinion on using the word guy as a greeting. They took down all of my information, and never called me back. Out of curiosity, I called a week later to see if anything had happened, and they said no response yet from the resolutions people (I forget what they called them), and that was a week ago.Bottom line, if you ready my reviews, I'm pretty fair whenever I go out and decide to offer my inputs. Mostly good reviews, but every now and again, even this "guy" has a tolerance limit to bad customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Lucky Jean store and was lucky enough to have Robin as my sales associate. Despite the store being about to close, Robin greeted me with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great shopping experience.She took the time to help me select a belt after i picked out my jeans including looking through the clearance items. What really stood out to me, was Robin's friendly and accommodating attitude. Even though the store was closing soon, she never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her in any way. Instead, she made me feel like a valued customer and helped me find everything I needed.

Very helpful staff. Jeans are hand made so you'll definitely want to try on three to four different pairs and sizes to find the ones that fit you perfectly. They last forever, so the pair I had on they didn't even make anymore.

Whoever the guy working there last night (7/20/2022)was, he made me never want to shop there again or call ahead and make sure he's not there. He was rude, didn't want to exchange my jeans because of an email address, which he didn't even ask if we had (we did). We were able to exchange them in the end but he has no customer service skills or people skills whatsoever. I gave a three star rating because everyone else I have come into contact with is great, especially Gwendolyn.

#54807844I realize this is the Lucky Brand Jeans that's located in Park City. And my order was placed online. But I've been looking everywhere online and the only place I can leave a review for Lucky Brand Jeans, is for a physical store. You're the store I'm going to return to so you get my review. Sorry.It didn't start out poorly, but boy did it end so.I ordered a sweater online, took about two weeks to get to me. It was delivered two days after they said it would be, not a big deal. But I emailed to ask what was going on, never received an answer (by the way still haven't) but I did eventually get it. Unfortunately it was too big. Ok, that's fine, I'll just return it at the store and reorder a smaller size. My luck it was on sale this time, so I paid to have it 2 day shipped to me. Great! NOPE. I placed the order on the 14th, I received an email saying it had shipped on the 14th, great! And then 8 DAYS LATER. The tracking still wasn't registered with UPS (it still isn't) and their site still said "Ready to go." I email, and email, and finally get through to someone via chat. Like so many people before me I was told "do not worry your order has shipped please allow 24-48 hours for shipping to update." My response was it's been 192 hours, why hasn't it shipped? "Kindly allow 24-48 hours" ...... What?? IT'S BEEN 24-48 hours. I asked him to just cancel and refund it. But nooooo. "I'm sorry our system isn't designed to cancel an order once it's shipped, it's designed to completely fulfill an order as quickly as possible. But you can return it once it comes." Well your system is not doing it's job then.... And It doesn't appear it will ever come, so please have a manager call me. Don't worry, a manager will call me in 24-48 hours. So here I am. They've essentially stolen money from me. This package doesn't appear that it will ever ship. And as long as the status is "been shipped" they won't cancel or refund. So yeah. They're just out there stealing money. Review's I've looked up since say even after I return the first sweater to the store their refund process is as horrible as their shipping process. I'll just be out $100 for the next year. That may not be a lot to your company. But it is to me. What a racket.
