They saved me when I was in a pinch! Got a formal blue shirt an occasion, and at a great price. The staff were very helpful with their fashion selection and even steamed my wool suit (which was not J Crew). Fantastic customer service, especially given that it’s a large retailer, as opposed to a local boutique.

Had an awful experience while shopping at this location today. A middle aged woman wearing a pink sweater (wish I had her name but this is all the info I have) was incredibly rude and condescending. I have high expectations for general customer service and this was an experience worth reviewing because of how poorly I felt about it. We were rung up by a kind woman that made our experience a lot more enjoyable.

I visited the store today looking for pants to match a sports coat. The customer service I received from Linda was expert and exceptional. I showed her a picture of the jacket and she made the shopping experience so pleasant, and I received a first hand styling education while at it!

I called ahead to ask if they had a certain item in their store that I had seen online. The employee was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were getting ready to close so I went the next morning. The same employee realized I was the one who called and helped me with other items. The cashier was good. Clean dressing rooms. Lots of sales and discounts.

I am going to have reiterate what has been mentioned below. Today I came in to pick up an online order I and stood at the counter for a bit, no one was there. I went out and asked someone on the floor if she could help me and she just sent me back to the empty counter instead of helping me. She even came back to the counter and was shuffling clothes around instead of helping me as saw me still standing there. The appropriate thing to do would have been to stop folding clothes and help your customer. She was condescending and rude. Do better.

I love this place- I stop by anytime I am looking for a pick me up. The store is always so neat and easy to shop and the staff there have always been very friendly to me. .Tilly said hello and wanted to chat with me about what I needed. I needed a suit for an event and Tilly had the manager Janna come over. She was great, She showed me how it should fit and had me try different sizes to make sure I liked it. She suggested a belt and shirt. I didn't need a tie since I had one already. She made me feel great about my purchase and I got compliments at my event. Easily the best service in Park City.

Stopped in today and asked for a dressing room. The store attendant was terrible rude and condescending. I would rather shop online than be treated poorly.

I'm going to give them 5 stars for being patient and lovely towards the customer. I was the bad customer that was super impatient. They only had one register that worked during the Christmas crunch and some idiot decided to do a bunch of online returns and had issues with a pick up order. He totally monopolized the one working register. The line backed up a good 10 people because of this idiot. Unfortunately I was behind him. His issues took a good 10 minutes worth of problems. But during this time the staff was being kind and lovely. I was the po'ed angry customer. So kudos for being so nice.

They marked their clearance up to almost full price then claimed to have a sale but it’s not really a sale because the sticker under the new prices where 60% cheaper than their new prices . Seems shady.
