I received a necklace as a gift for my milestone birthday. Knowing my friend put thought into this gift and most likely wanting to purchase from a small business, I thought I'd reach out to the business it was purchased from. The buzz words this business uses to grab your attention, are false advertising. "Peace, love, mindfulness...." a total false advertisement and misrepresentation of their cheap items that are overpriced and crappy attitude and customer service. My necklace fell off my neck as I was getting ready one evening. The chain was a cheap, fine strand that was clearly non gold plated due to color changing to a silver from gold. It now seems to me that this was not a hand made item, that it was purchased in China and marked up 1000%. I reached out to the business via the web about fixing it since it was only 3 months. He told me to go down the street in Park City to have it fixed at a jeweler. On my dime. I asked for a replacement and his reply was, "Oh, we're sorry... as stated on all of our receipts, we cannot ever be responsible for whatever happens to the jewelry after it's left the shop. We'd love to be able to afford this type of thing, but being a small, single business, we wouldn't still be here if we did that sort of thing. Thanks." Let me offer some solid business advice. Don't sell cheap stuff and mark it up to Park City prices to pay your rent. If your marked up items don't hold up past 3 months from someone wearing it 3x, you shouldn't be selling that junk. Have integrity and ethics behind what you sell. It's cheaper to replace it than to lose returning customers or have a patron write the truth about your business online for everyone to see. You do one good thing, and a patron may share with one person. You do something like this, in this day and age, you risk it being publicized on the web for all to see when researching your business. If you were a business that was truly "Love, Peace and Mindfulness", you wouldn't handle a simply fixed issue like this. You would be honorable. You're an imposter. A fake. Hiding behind buzz words. It's not acceptable. Karma is karma... and it will come back to you. I will not pay to fix this necklace as it now represents bad juju to me. I will be sharing this feedback with my friend who lives in town and hopefully she will share the love with her circle to avoid your store. Good luck to your soul.

Absolutely LOVE Indigo Highway...it's my favorite PC boutique, and one of my favorite boutiques globally. As a local, I love popping in for gifts for friends/family and shopping for myself. I almost never walk out of Indigo empty-handed, and Jen and Dean - the owners - are the best. The staff always is welcoming, kind, and helpful. Thank you for curating the best, most thoughtful, sustainable pieces - love you guys!!

Super cute selection but super rude employees. I browsed the whole store and never got a hello, welcome in, or do you need help finding anything. Every time I walked by an employee they avoided eye contact

As a local Park City Realtor and Kimball Junction resident I absolutely love Indigo Highway! I found it before I even moved here and have been a regular ever since. I love the wide variety of housewares, clothing, cards and gadgets jewelry and more! I never travel without getting a Park City candle and Park City tote bag, which you can ONLY get at this store. The staff is awesome and the wrap your gifts meticulously. They are constantly adding new stuff to the store, name brands and also those you can’t find elsewhere. Just wander around the store- it’s hard to leave without a gift (even if it’s for yourself!)

I found the mature woman who was working to be entirely unwelcoming and inhospitable to the point at which I almost left before I began shopping.Then after I did wander a bit, I found the merchandise quite charming. I made my purchases which amounted to $170.ishI needed none of it, I simply enjoyed the collecting of trinkets.As I was finishing up, I finished a small cup of coffee which I had purchased in the plaza.I was told it was alright to bring in.I inquired with the mature woman as to wether or not there was a trash can which I could use to dispose of the tiny cup.She looked at me with disgust and said,“we don't do that here”and waved her hand toward the door.I went out into the beautiful but pouring rain to find the trash can which was about 5 stores down the plaza.Simply, the courtesy of treating guests with care and hospitality who are spending money which support local economy and your paycheck is a better idea than treating guests as if you are somehow superior to and disgusted by them.

Unfortunately leveraging “shop small” , isn’t a shield for being rigid w/ customers - not allowing any sort of exchange after 2 weeks is as an earlier review mentioned short sighted to the long term value of customers.Any reason to bring a customer back for engagement, service, return, exchange, experience, or event - typically converts on another purchase at 20% or greater rate - adding UPT and AOV gains. if they’ve opted to spend their time in your shop, reward this behaviour - celebrate it - have some compassion, especially when an item is unworn and tags on.(it’s unfair to say they’ve lost me as a customer, I am sure i’ll go back to give a second chance, but buyer beware of how their policies affect the customer buying experience.)

IH is the best! Every time I visit looking for something unexpected for the special people in my life I come away with a gift that surpasses expectations. The store has a great vibe, is full of surprises and the staff is super friendly!Love this place!

The store has an amazing selection of clothing, books and gifts. The folks have been nice when I purchased merchandise or just went in to look around. Here is the issue I have that made me write this review. I bought a couple of diffusers to give as gifts. One is still wrapped to give to a friend and I gave the other one to a friend over the weekend. I was told that the sticks were missing. The shop folks told me basically that they couldn't do anything. When I bought them there were natural colored sticks in the display and the smell was nice. After going back and forth one of the people behind the counter gave me awful smelling black sticks. On sale they were still fairly expensive (over $75). I felt like the customer service was below what one would expect. They made me feel bad and now I am not sure I feel comfortable going back in, which is sad b/c they have cool stuff. It was very awkward. I did buy new sticks online so the diffusers will be complete.

Love this little shop so much. They have some really unique items in here that anyone would treasure, and I love the fact that they support independent artists and makers around the world. The employees are also incredibly friendly and just an overall great vibe. :) This place is such a treasure to find nestled in the PC mountains. Will definitely be going back next time I am in the area!

I went here to shop for a gift and received excellent customer service, as well as the perfect gift! They wrapped my gift and made it look special. I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt so well taken of that I wanted to share. Great selection and service, we’ll definitely be coming back!

I love this store even though they have mostly overpriced trinkets. I have bought many things here in the past few years. But they have the staff following you around pretending to “fix up” a display or whatever as if you’re a criminal trying to steal something. It is very uncomfortable and I will likely not return for this reason.
