It you'd like to hear the loud mouth political views of staff members who can't control themselves, this is the place to go. Note to management: don't hire people like Charlene who alienate half your customer base with their big mouths.

Have never had a problem till now. I missed places my recipe but had my visa card recipes that the store does not except as I found out. I couldn't even return the items back to my visa as there system can't do that. I Called the 800 # and got a very rude customer service person that reads off a script and doesn't offer any help. I even called back hoping to get someone else. But got the same person and the same amount of rudeness. I even tryed to call corporate there is not a number that gets through. Now I'm stuck with furniture that I cant use.

I have been coming to the store for over four years and today was an exceptional experience. Tony helped us with a mirror today. He was incredibly friendly, and I was clear that he enjoyed his job! We will be back... Thank you Tony for a great experience.
