Went to the self checkout today (Thursday, Feb.22 at 10:28). I felt the Deb needs more training! When we asked for help, she didn't even bother looking at our way until the 3rd time we said hello!!! And finally she looked at us with a b!tchy look and an attitude! Dont know if she doesn't like hispanic or brown people, but when she helped a white man right away, she approached him with a smile and no attitude. I will be reporting her to corporate this is unacceptable!

Visited this place to acquire a log splitter recently. The overall experience was truly exceptional! The gentleman not only assisted me in loading the hefty log splitter into my truck but also exhibited utmost friendliness.

Often out of stock. You can rarely find someone to help you. Obviously understaffed and under paid. I've spent hundreds of thousands at home improvement box stores throughout the country and after using this one for the last few years I can comfortably say this is hands down the worse.

This store is horrible, the management here need to be retrained. A store can really only be this bad because of management. Store is dirty, employees are under trained and over worked, under appreciated that they don’t have a good attitude or the will to clean. You can access the service desk because there is always stuff in the way.

Customer service people seem really annoyed to have to do anything. Two different employees same day. I was renting a penske and it was just an awful experience. Go to heber instead it's worth it. Was overcharged for mileage too. No one seemed to care. Just had to eat it I guess. Would have had a better experience with an automated system. Those are annoying but at least don't make you feel like you're a nuisance.

The Home Depot In Park City, Utah is the absolute worst home depot that I have ever been to. Poor customer service and broken or damaged items in store. Look on line and find the item that you are looking for and locate it online. Go to store and it's not there. Something totally different than what you were looking for will be in it's place. Rude associates with bad attitude and no knowledge of what or where something is. The person in the appliance department is absolutely the worst employee in that store! Argumentative, rude, condescending and no help whatsoever. I am surprised that he can sell anything with this bad attitude. Training, coaching and maybe replacing some employees is needed at this store. Take note park city home depot! Study other home depot stores. Copy their example! Management must not care or is completely absent. I will drive more miles just to avoid this rediculous store!

I had purchased a Samsung washer and dryer with install and requested the washer door be put on the other side. The installers said that they forgot the piece to switch the door and that nothing could be done, and then they left. I reached out to Home Depot customer service who told me that, in order for anything to be done, the issue would have had to have been reported within 48 hours of the installation appointment. This would have been excellent information for the installers to share rather than "nothing can be done", but they chose not to. Just as the customer service associate that I spoke with also chose not to help. I guess "Doers get more done" does not apply to Home Depot employees.

Everyone needs a Home Depot! Nice, friendly. I needed an obscure item ( fan timer switch in almond). While not in stock, they offered to have it sent to the store or to my house. Good service.

Recently Locked myself out of my car and asked an employee if they had any metal rods or bars I could use to craft a tool in order to open it up without a locksmith. Some old guy straight up said they had nothing that could help me which was bullshir because against his advice I went and looked anyways and found what I needed. Now im $150 richer because I didnt hire a locksmith or listen to that Employee. Was not helpful in the slightest. 5/5 though for having what I needed.

I have been standing in aisle 15 in the plumbing area for over 45 minutes. Waiting for 1 to 4 different employees to come help me and no one ever came not one person, not 1 person. I called the first time a lady answered who was management and said. Oh, I'll get someone over there. No ever came to help me..i waited for like, 15 minutes. So I bit my tongue called again. Gotta guy who said, oh yeah? I sent a manager down there, no one ever came. You guys treat customers like they don't exist. I am glad I called the manager back and she got a piece of my mind for wasting 45 minutes of my time. Not a happy customer here. I hope corporate sees this. ? fire all 4 of you for not doing ypur job.
