Great experience in this store. I was able to bring in a pair of ski pants with a manufacturing flaw, and Sonnie and Devon gave me a replacement and sent me on my way in a few minutes. It's good to know that they guarantee against manufacturing flaws for the lifetime of the product. Nice shop, great service.

Devin provided exceptional customer service and indepth knowledge of all the products with wonderful suggestions based on what we were looking for. They had a great selection of ski and outdoor gear! They are also able to do warranty exchanges in the store which is awesome should you have any issues with your purchases. Parking was no problem right out front on the street.

I just want to give Devin (store manager) and Trip a 5 star review for their outstanding customer service as well as their knowledge in all the products they have. They were extremely friendly and helpful. We followed all their recommendations and bought the gear they recommended. We were able to try them out in the mountains today and were super satisfied! Thank you Devin and Trip. HH needs to give these guys a raise!

I had a great experience at Helly Hanson in park city-Deven and Julia were super helpful with some gear issues I had with a ski coat I had purchased within the last year. They were super friendly and helpful, and got me fixed up and ready to ski for the next day, I am now a loyal HH gear guy thanks to Deven and Julia, and HH's solid gear and warranty. you've got a customer for life.

The warranty was great - had a small issue with a sweater and a year later they replaced it immediately. The manager and team are incredible. Will definitely buy from Helly Hansen again!

Great customer service, ordered a pair of Helly Hansen ski pants online that were great for the first week or so, but I noticed a tear on the leg. Went into the Park City store and Deven swapped them out for a new pair - outstanding experience. I'll be going back next time I'm in need of new ski gear.

Deven and Camden were great. The zipper broke on my jacket and they exchanged it, no questions asked! Love Helly Hansen stuff. They make great stuff!

Dropped in to see what could be done about a massive rear in mt Odin UL jacket while on a ski trip...Deven quickly arranged for warranty, which saved me 200 on a replacement jacket, both Deven and Camden extremely helpful and I am pleasantly surprised at how quickly my issue was solved

Highly recommend visiting this store. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and eager to help solve problems. I purchased a pair of pants last season and they ripped. They quickly found comparable pants, exchanged them hassle free and was out the door quickly!

A perfect 10 with this store from the quality and selection, to the service. We dealt with both Ben and Julia and were so happy with how they took care of us and helped us find the right ski jacket and ski pants. We needed to exchange a set we had ordered for a larger size. They helped us find exactly what we needed and the selection was great. We will be back again!! Thank you Park City Helly Hansen!
