An excellent gym in Park City for those with their own training routines that aren't looking for crossfit or class programming, and just want to go in and get after it solo or with a buddy, or with one of their excellent personal trainers. Plenty of open space for functional training, top notch equipment with an emphasis on free weights, everything is well maintained and feels like new, the entire gym is spotless and kept in immaculate condition, and there is hardly ever anyone else there. Not to mention, it's well managed, the owner is professional and super responsive, and the price feels very reasonable for what effectively feels like your own private gym most of the time.”
