I never write reviews! My groceries were here on time, loaded in the fridge, and the service was really great. They even have great common sense. I had ordered 18 eggs for our week stay, and the grocery store was out so they simply bought 2 of the 12 packs. Also, they don’t call to bug you over trivial matters. They take care of business. The 26% markup along w the 75/hour shopping fee is totally acceptable too. Have you ever had to go on vacation and then “lug” the groceries around in a cab/uber the moment your plane landed? Ugh! Not fun. Thumbs ups a hundred times! I will happily pay for this service because I’m not on vacation to grocery shop for 2 hours! Awesome service. Also, I’d place my order 3 days in advance to make life easy on everyone!

This service was great. Had groceries delivered for 15 people for my bachelorette. It was so easy, everything was set up in the house when we arrived. My only suggestion is to be more prompt with billing, it took about 5 days from delivery date for the charge to come through which was kind of late for a group trip using Splitwise.

I highly recommend Grocery Girls! Cindy went above and beyond for an order that I placed and I couldnt be happier. She kept in communication and was extremely accommodating.

Delivery to VRBO was super convenient especially since we didn't have a car. However beware of the fee and prices of groceries. They spent over $200 for two steaks. Outrageous. Read the fine print and be very clear with your ordering and expectation. We spend nearly $600 for four days worth of groceries.

This was amazing. Honestly, it was so easy and simple that I sent an email to the girls the day before to confirm (seemed too good to be true;) Highly recommend. We will definitely use them again on future visits to Park City!

If I could give zero stars I would. When I was picking out the groceries there were no prices, but I figured they would be inflated so I was prepared to over-pay. However, I wasn't expecting that they shop in a "market" not a regular grocery store and the prices are ridiculously high. They also substituted things that didn't make sense. For example, I ordered Entenmanns donuts and they substituted with Kristy Kreme donuts and charged 17.99. The fees are completely ridiculous and they are just taking advantage of people. What I bought shouldn't have cost more than 150.00 in NY and that's even pushing it, but I paid 379 dollars!! They charged over $100 in fees. If you are staying in The Canyons area there is a market with reasonable prices. Don't make the same mistake I did!!

The service was excellent, delivery as promised, and order was carefully packaged. The web page is very frustrating, but if you can get past the web page the service is great.

It was easy to order online, delivery to our hotel in the Canyons was seamless and prices were reasonable. Would highly recommend Grocery Girls to anyone.

I highly recommend using Grocery Girls!!! This is the second time we've used them. Each time the results were great. If you take a vacation, take a vacation. After a day of traveling, there is nothing better than arriving at your rental to a fully stocked pantry and frig with all your choices. This service company is willing to go above and beyond to meet your needs. Cindy you are amazing and I thank you again. You and your service made our trip that much better.

I am not usually compelled to write a review but the service from Grocery Girls was so outstanding that I had to compliment them. My husband and I are hosting our 16 year old and 5 of his friends on this trip. We didn't rent a car which we don't usually do and I knew these boys were going to eat a lot!! This is also the Olympics and Super Bowl Sunday Weekend. Grocery Girls has been posting about being short staffed and delays in delivery to certain areas. I filled my cart with over 300 items a week prior to arriving to Park City. After arriving at the house we rented after a long day of travel the groceries were delivered like clockwork in cold bags with cold packs, packed neatly in boxes. No one thing was missing! There were maybe 2 things that were substituted for another brand. Thank you Grocery girls for helping make our trip smooth and successful in the grocery department.

Not impressed. The order picker (Yanna, as stated on the card left with the groceries) upsized everything. Example: requested regular size bag of Cheetos - they picked the family size. On their ordering site, I never asked for the family size. I felt like they wanted to make the grocery bill as high as possible versus picking up with the client asked for. I asked for macaroni and cheese cups - I got boxes. I asked for Honey Nut Cheerios and I got Almond Crunch Cheerios. I also forgot to order fresh fruit (strawberries and bananas), so I sent them an email to add to my order 3 days in advance. I never got a response from their email and they didn't add them to the order. The fees are also extremely high, they double the cost of the entire bill. I was not impressed. However, they did delivery on time as requested.

Website is a disaster!Cindy was very nice and groceries were delivered on time and in good order. BUT editing an order online was a mess!! Each time I had to renter all delivery and payment details. Then as I looked at order there were wrong number of items from what I put.For instance: I ordered 4 cases of water but later order showed 12!!!! Bottom line we ended up with double number of eggs, hummus, vegetables and Cheetos.

Grocery girls was a life saver on our trip to Park City! We missed our flight and got in very late. It was such a treat to arrive and find boxes with groceries already in our condo. We woke up the next day with coffee and breakfast, ready to ski!
