Apparently checking in in-person gets you penalized. I checked in and was the next one in line until people started checking on online. Then I kept getting bumped down the line. When I asked the dumb blonde at the register why, all I got was a blank stare and babbling that the computer told her to. It’s a good thing there’s options. I’ll make sure to pass my experience on to the others I come into contact every day to go somewhere else.

Got an awful haircut, lady just decided to give me 2 inches between my ear and my hair and completely got rid of my side burns.
Spoke to the manager, she said she would refund my money, and that never happened.
No one ever called me back either.
Worst part is my girlfriend telling me that yes it’s a really bad haircut

I love going here to get a haircut. The staffs are very nice and accommodating. My hairstylist Mackenzie/ Kenzie do a great job with my favorite haircut. She really is focused and loved to talk with during my time there. I love the shampoo she recommends me " Beast" brand and I bought the stainless bottles for my conditioner and shampoo making it more organized and tidy. I love the optional shower hair as well and of course with Beast shampoo and making sure I get curly gel before leaving. Amazing wholesome experience!!

I was a walk-in customer so they offered to text me 15 minutes before they could cut my hair. That allowed me time to check out the mall, since I was just visiting Park City,Utah for a few days. The manager cut my hair and she did an excellent job. In addition, she told me about another event that was occurring in town that evening. We attended it and had a great time.

They still haven't figured out the online registration process. may times the wait is 2-3 times longer or sometimes shorter that listed. What other business can you be off by 300% on your estimate and stay in business?Once they get to you they are friendly and professional.

April 28, 2023 = Friday 9:30AmGreat Clips = Newpark Town CenterSalon #9181 Park City, Utah 84098I walked into Great Clips wanting my hair cut, shampooed and styled.There were three employees present and no other customers nor any listed on the waitlist. I was told I can only get a trim since there were only two stylist and receptionist present. Again, there were no other customers present nor written on waitlist.As puzzled as I felt, I mentioned I have never been told that before. The stylist I had said “oh, I will go ahead and shampoo your hair”. She did wash my hair but not once did I feel her fingers touch my scalp.We went back to her station, she brushed my hair and later combed it. The combing was from mid-head to end of hair and trimmed the edges. I have never experienced this type of hair cut lasting less than 5 minutes. She said: “I will blow dry it so you do not walk out with soaking hair”. Oh, she did put a little mousse on my hair.I kept commenting that I was surprised I could not get a style especially since there were no customers present.I was very dissatisfied with the treatment I was receiving from the moment I walked in till I left (in just before 9:30AM left around 10:10AM). After walking out I sat on one of the benches to see how busy they would be after I went out. I sat till 10:35AM not one customer came in for service. Here I was poorly treated being a $100.00 customer and they only wanted to give me less than $30.00 service because they did not want me as their customer. Actually I was very DISCRIMINATED.As checking out I told the stylist “I always give a $20.00 tip, but not today. I am giving you undeserved $5.00 tip.”DISCRIMINATION = DISCRIMINATION TOTALLY SHOWN
