Awesome boot fitting & overall experience with George and his team (Bo & Joel) at Gorsuch. By far the most professional and detailed process. Love my new Lange Shadow boots, thank you!! It’s our 4th fitting w George and his team, I can now add myself along with my wife, daughter and son to the Gorsuch ski boot family.

Love, love, love Gorsuch! Not only does the store have a phenomenal product offering, but the care and knowledge of the Gorsuch team is bar none. Big shout out to Robert, Joel, and Luana for making me feel like family. I can’t wait to see you again.

Gorsuch PC is unbelievable!!! My son and I terrible feet that that cause us major pain. George went to work and set me up w the perfect pair of Lange Shadows that allowed me to ski w no pain at all on my Taylor’s Bunions. Anyone who knows, knows how terrible this hurts. George custom fit my boot inside and out and I’m finally able to ski again.While we were busy boot fitting and digitally scanning my feet, Joel and Bo treated my son Miles like family. They taught him all about skiing Utah Powder and kept him engaged.George the Pseudo-Podiatrist the attacked Miles Flat flat flat feet w a custom Gorsuch Foot bed and a bunch of other crazy stuff. Today we did not have to stop skiing due to extreme pain in miles feet, we stopped because the conditions deteriorated not our FEET!!!!!!Gorsuch PC has only the best of the best equipment, style, advice, experience and most of all people.Thx for everything!!

We recently were skiing in Park city and rented gear from Gorsuch. We found the staff to be incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and fun! Robert and Joel made ski renting playful and easy. These guys are hilarious. We love them.Richard and Belle.

Worse possible service!! There are many other good options within blocks to buy skis and apparel and receive polite, professional service.Prior to today, I was a long time customer and bought several skis and tons of clothing from this store and their other locations. Walked in today to buy a pair of skis and boots for my wife at 4:55 PM and was told by their sales person, Bo, that they are unable to help me today and to come back tomorrow. The store closes at 6 PM, there was not a single other customer in the store and we are here a week prior to their busy week. I told him we planned to ski tomorrow and needed gear today or to pickup in the morning, he shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do. At the minimum he could have offered rentals if he was short on time to sell new equipment, but he didn’t. When I told him that means I need to go to another store to buy skis, he then said so be it and reached out to shake my hand and saying he understood. The whole experience was very odd and insulting. I doubt the Gorsuch family would approve this subpar service and allow a customer to walk out feeling like this.

Great experience from beginning to end renting and buying skis. Bo kept in constant contact to ensure our rental process went smoothly, and both he and George spent time to find the best ski to rent and ultimately buy for our needs. Also spent extra time to help with an issue with boots that were not from this store to ensure we had a great experience. 100% recommend Bo and George, and will not be shopping anywhere else for ski gear.

Love this store! The staff, Bo and George are amazing and SUPER helpful! I shop there on every visit to Park City, usually 6+ times a year. Whenever I walk in the Door I am greeted with a huge hello, handshake, and a smile. Very personal and professional. I have called the store to place orders, that too is always a very high end customer service experience. Can't say enough wonderful things about the staff, and customer service I have experienced there.

I am a frequent shopper in Aspen, Vail, and Park City, at this store. NOT ANYMORE. In Park City 12/22/23 in the evening I came to garb a new pair of boats and helmet. Before I could even get to the boats. The manager refused to help in anyway with the helmet I found, Kask. He only had my size in 1 helemt that was scuffed bad on the back. I wanted it bad but he would not take $1 off the price $700 which was already WAY marked up. Terrible business practices to a 30 year old, new property owner here. Sad for the owner he has such a horrible manager to ruin their reputation. Good luck!

Visiting Gorsuch on main really gives one a proper glimpse of what Park City is all about:Bo’s reputation precedes him! It is no wonder they call Bo “The Mayor”. He clearly loves people and loves community.Every time I pay a visit, The Gorsuch Team (Bo, Joel, George) always greet me like an old good friend. It just feels nice.Whoever I work with, I always get their full attention, genuine curiosity, thoughtful regard, honest opinions and a charming playful spirit.George and his team are exceptional at what they do. It is refreshing how they take consistent pride in ensuring that they’ve made my experience a positive one.Whenever able, this team goes above and beyond. You can see it makes them as happy as it makes their customers.Ask for Bo, Joel and George and you can’t go wrong! You’ll get the small town charm of solid, knowledgeable, top notch locals.

Guy named Joel I think in skiing was super rude and overconfident. Assumed we didn't know a thing about skiing lol. No stoke at all, average gear, supremely overrated. Aa far as luxury, just go to Neimans or anywhere else, you'll get a better experience!

Had a great experience at Gorsuch. Bo and his team were first rate and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Always get our skis tuned there and they do an amazing job. Also Gorsuch has the best selection of ski wear and high end skis. Highly recommend Gorsuch.

My experience was a 10/10. I worked with George and Bo in getting my new custom ski boots fitted . The experience from beginning to end was incredible. I have been skiing most my life and have never had the true custom experience as this one. I can’t wait to have these boots for this ski season. Go to Gorsuch before ski season hits you will be so happy you did!
