This place is run by thieves. No price tags on any items in the store, nothing that shows the final price at the register, and they don't give you a receipt. My brother bought 3 days worth of breakfast food/sandwich items like eggs and deli meats and the total came out to $170. Yes you read that correctly. We came back for a receipt just to get a cost breakdown and gramps at the register played dumb and said to come back the next day. Came back and it was a lady running the register to which she did the same thing, said come back the next day. Day 3 and it's the old guy again and we told him we need that receipt. Dude had to ring up ALL our items because the owner doesn't even give him the responsibility of printing a receipt. He had the nerve to ask "you do this when you go out to eat too?" Yeah, only when I'm clearly being scammed. You can tell this place is designed to ripoff visitors, they're all in on it and it's beyond me how this place still operates. They must have an in with the park, just a shady establishment overall.Go down the street to the actual grocery store if you don't wanna get ripped off

Lady asked for a TIP. At a mini-mart. Checked us out and asked for a tip… Handy place, of course overpriced, but that was expected. But a TIP? Out of hand.

I rarely write this kind of review, but I feel the need to mention this so that people know what to expect. I was watching people skate and needed a snack. I grabbed a bag of Cheez-its with pretzels and is was $7!!!!!! It would have been like $2.99 at Maverik. Then a screen came up asking for a TIP!!!!! A tip in a convenience store!! Please stop the practices of seriously overpriced products and asking for a TIP!!!!! I’m not a cheapskate, but tipping culture is beyond out of hand!!!! Please reconsider this business practice! Thank you.

I wanted to buy cereal for my daughter. I needed to put my coffee (with a lid) on the counter to get my wallet out of my jacket (which was over my arm because it is spring). The coffee was on the counter and stable. It did not tip or spill. She insisted that I could not put my coffee on the counter because sometimes they spill. When I explained that I was just getting my wallet and needed two hands, she said that my child, who was already holding a hot chocolate with two hands, should hold the *hot* coffee for me. If that's not an accident waiting to happen, I don't know what is! I decided to walk out. Would never purchase anything there. NOTE: Previous reviewer said that this is the only market in the village, which is not true. There is the Corner Store, for one.

I'd give Dave and his store 6 stars if I could. I don't get the bad rep here--have been here twice also, and Dave was super awesome and friendly every time! This is a great small market in the Park City Village (the only one) that has milk, frozen food, alcohol, sundries and tons of snacks.Dave is great!

An amazing person working there. They also sell booze which nobody knows but it’s an official state liquor store.Prices do seem crazy but sometimes having a little chat helps.

This is a mountain-side convenience store - not a grocery store for your weekly groceries. Food For Thought has everything you will need for a quick run. Fresh fruit, hot coffee, bags of coffee, creamers/milk, soup, bread, breakfast essentials, alcohol, etc. The prices are higher than typical but that is because it is a mountain-side convenience store...The personnel was helpful and kind, price checked all my items for me and helped me find ice skating rentals. Ill be back for sure!

Totally agree that the personnel is rude and prices are extremely high. Yes, I get that it’s a convenience store but this is highway robbery. However, tonight is why I write this review. The store closes at 8pm. I arrive at 7:45 and was “shooed” away because they decided to close at 7. The open light was still on. I only needed a single cranberry juice and offered cash after she claimed to have closed her register. Again, shooed away and on NYE, Christmas holiday.

Closes at 6pm Sun-Wed, not 8pm as is listed on Google.
