I never write reviews but I felt it necessary after my experience in this store. Yesterday the 26th around 1:30/2:00pm I went to exchange a pair of pants my fiancé had bought me for Christmas. We were unaware that they were final sale. When asking about the return the women working the front desk made me feel stupid and was extremely snobby and condescending. The other women with short blonde hair working the desk was also rude. After leaving the store my fiancé and I were super bummed and it ruined our time on Main Street. I will not be purchasing anything from this store in the future.

(May 2023) Initially I had good experience with regular employees. but then I came in to exchange the pair of pants for another manager or the lead person in charge was very condescending/snobby when she found out the tags were in the pocket and not on the pants.Never had problems like this in Bend OR. or other locations

High quality items at a reasonable price. The employees are really nice and helpful and the store is always clean and orderly. Tailoring and repair of items is available onsite. I know when I buy a Fjällräven item that I'm buying something that will last a lifetime. Street parking can be available, and there is also a parking garage on the street behind the store.

This store is excellent and the staff are extremely helpful without being pushy, which is much appreciated! I found a pair of pants (Keb) that I really liked, but the legs were too tight on the pair that fit in the waist. I was bummed out, but then learned that the shop could alter a larger size that fit my legs but had a waist that was too large, for free! The tailor did an amazing job and was able to take in the waist, and the pants fit perfectly! I liked them so much I bought another pair with the same alteration. The store mailed the pants to me once complete, and the whole process took less than a week. Businesses rarely offer such great service while working to find a solution for their customers. This store delivers and is highly recommended!

Matt and his crew here at Fjällräven Park City are top notch. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Recently, I brought my Keb Pants into the store that sustained some damage. The in store Tailor stitched them up good as new, and the store Fed Ex'd them to me for free. Highly recommend these guys/gals.

Update: I wanted something fixed on my coat and they got it in and fixed it same day for free at the store! Amazing customer service! —(original review): I was having such a hard time finding a cute parka-style jacket that wasn't either $1000 or made for snowboarders - then I found Fjallraven online and realized this store was just up in Park City! Super pleased with my purchase. I went in to try everything on and see what fit best and got a coat there on the spot. Very helpful staff, can't say enough good things about the quality of my coat / the kindness I experienced. Plusss there's an end of winter sale so if you've been eyeing something up then check it out!

While recently visiting park city with my family I was very excited there was a Fjallraven store. This place is great! The entire store was very organized and neat and had a great atmosphere. All of the staff members were helpful and respectful of our group taking our sweet time looking at everything. Unfortunately I didn’t catch their names, but the two young women working that day took their time to ensure we all had a great experience. They spent a while with my group having an interesting conversation and before we left helped me order a backpack that was out of stock. It arrived today and I am so happy I absolutely love it!! You won’t be disappointed visiting here
