Whenever I visit Park City I use this dry cleaner. They are always very friendly, very efficient with one day service, and the owner always treats me as if I'm a regular local customer.

Couldn’t print a receipt, refused to accept that my clothes that said “do not dry clean” shouldn’t be dry cleaned. Use Red Hanger pickup and delivery service instead.

Love Edgemont Cleaners -- they have done an excellent job for me and the family for years now -- I don't understand some of the other reviews -- Their prices are very reasonable, especially for a "tourist" "destination" town -- I'll continue to use Edgement as long as I'm in Park City-- THANK YOU for the great cleaning service-- I appreciate the way you do busines!

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER! i dropped off my little sisters wedding dress they DESTROYED IT! my sister was so upset! they put rusty pins through the top. it had a large hole and a massive rust stain. We were nice asked if they would just reclean it but they refused not to mention the older woman at the front desk was so rude! i could not believe the customer service i recieved. please go somewhere else. by the looks of other reviews there are many others that agree with me.

Great service, fair pricing, and the clerk was more than helpful. Had to have same-day service assured me that it would be back by 5:30, I received a text at 5:15 that my order was ready I would definitely recommend Edgemont dry cleaners

The quality of their service has fallen off significantly. Last week I went to pick up an order. Waiting 20 minutes for the clerk to resolve the question of the one customer in front of me. After another 15 minutes of delay, she then could not locate all of my order. I said I would come back. I returned today and (a) my order was done incorrectly (on hangers versus boxed) and (b) she could not figure out how to use the credit card device (so I had to pay in exact cash amount - - she had not change)! I am finding a new dry cleaner.

Needed a few shirts and a pair of slacks cleaned, the lady at the hotel suggested Edgemont Cleaners -- Was pleasantly surprised that the prices were not "resort" prices. They did a great job -- THANK YOU -- good prices, good workmanship.

I came to this cleaners to do a wash and fold which was to be picked up two days later at 5 p.m. clearly stated on my ticket. Upon arriving at 5 p.m. to the minute they advised me that my laundry is not finished and would not be ready until the next day.although it's not their problem that this has caused me a situation where I didn't have clothing to wear to work I politely stated okay I will return on the next day after work to retrieve my laundry. However I explained that due to the circumstances and driving 30 minutes round trip now on two different days I would hope that I could get a discount as a first-time customer having such a problem caused by the cleaners. They denied me explicitly and made no apologies whatsoever moreover their charge was more than they quoted me after weighing my laundry they put three extra pounds on the weight. they made no apologies no discounts in seem to not care about the problem at all caused by them. They just didn't care didn't apologize and as a first-time customer I will never return

Do not use this cleaners. Besides being unfriendly, they do an awful job on clothes. And worse, when they make a mistake are unwilling to pay. Stay away from this business.

Very bad customer service. The quality of the work is good but they do not do as asked, twice it had happened. The employee denied that I had specifically ordered medium starch in my shirts. Her response was " No, I took that order and you did not ask for medium starch" When I told her that I could not come back any longer, she replied "That would be fine". I am certain that her employer would have been unhappy with that customer experience.
