Just left this store and left frustrated with the customer service from the manager. The cashier was talking to a customer at the counter about "religion and spiritual experiences" while customers were not being attended to. Another worker finally came up to help customers. I left and called the store and this same cashier answered and stated she was the manager and said it was a "friend" she was talking to (like that matters?) and there was only one other person in line (which there were 2 but she didn't even notice that and it was already a full 15 minute plus conversation with this "friend" because she was talking to her when we came in and we looked around, tried on clothes, etc. all while she was still just talking). Instead of apologizing for the poor experience, she was sarcastic and rude and said it was fine if I went over her head.

I love buying at Eddie Bauer, but I just had THE WORST EXPERIENCE in a clothing store. Amanda was the employee and I found an item that was the last one in the store with no tag. She didn't look up any prices and just gave me a random amount, which seemed high and I offered to pay half, because the entire store was half price. She said no and I left. I found the item and came back to the store to show that I offered to pay the exact price it was online and I had to get someone else to help me, an adorable lady.

I have been buying Eddie Bauer my whole life. One of the reasons is because of the company's satisfaction guarantee however this location is run and managed by people who apparently did not get that corporate memo. They seem to take returns or exchanges personal and go to great lengths to NOT let you return or exchange any thing. Returns aside, this store is not friendly or welcoming. I never buy from this store for all these reasons.

My review is based solely on the manager of this store, Kamea (not sure how to spell her name, pronounced like Camille). She provides horrendous customer service. She is harsh, impatient, and seems to really dislike people, so I don't know why she is in the customer service field and working with the public. I have had unpleasant to horrible experiences with her at least five times at the Eddie Bauer Park City store. I have witnessed her being impatient and rude to other customers as well. And on one occasion, I overheard her speaking to one of her employees- she was condescending and curt. I'm to the point where I avoid this store because of her. Eddie Bauer, listen to your customers on this. Something needs to be done. I see I'm not the only person who has had negative experiences with her. Awful, awful, awful!

Couldn’t return an item even with the receipt and being in the original packaging unused, forgot the managers name but she’s pretty large and has blonde hair. Don’t go here

Found some really great deals here, even better than Colombia and Merrell. The store was busy, but staff were all friendly. Tried everything on without issue. Would definitely come back if we caught another major sale again.

Horrible.The manager Camille is rude, horrible and is a terrible manager. Doesn't know what she is doing.Couldn't do a simple return.She would not let me return two shirts or give mestore credit or do an exchange.Horrible customer service experience at this specific store because of her.

Nice store, couldn't get my military discount because they do not allow stacking of coupons. It was so many sales and my Military discount could not be used in any stores in Park City I visited.
