Terrible experience. I wanted to buy a jacket and at the moment that I leave the fitting room for the first time they locked them. When I wanted to try another one they asked me if I had any bags on me and they were taking on radio the whole time. I felt humiliated and discriminated by the staff. Never coming back.

Employees standing in the center having conversations for more 10 minutes laughing and giggling. I’m sitting waiting for a coat pulled off the rack. Then when I ask to help. Rolled his eyes at me and then to proceed with a ignorant attitude.Horrible customer service!!!

The shoe salesperson was very helpful. She personally assisted me in finding the right boots that I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable about her products. I love shopping at Columbia. I love their products. They last a long time and stay looking good.i do recommend this store.

Bought a ski jacket today and only realized when I got home that it has a stain on it. It's even more frustrating because I live an hour away from this store. What was even more frustrating was that I called the store and asked if they had my size in grey or blue ski pants, they said they only had my size in black. My wife and I decided to make the hour drive to check, to our surprise, they had my size in all colors. We just walked into the store and find the selection right there by the door.Update: I wen to the store to make a jacket exchange on 01/13/24. Upon arrival, I realized they did not have my size on the racks (for the jacket), I reached out to an employee and asked him to check for me and he told me they do not have it. I then asked him to check in the back. He hesitantly called someone on the radio, luckily the employee at the back brought it out in two minutes. I then headed to the desk to make the exchange. The girl who helped gave me some attitude and did not even bag the jacket after the exchange. She put it on the desk, turned and said have a good day and walked away.

Very good deals! Bought a coat for my sister while in town and came back home to INDIANA and realized that the theft protection was still on there and there is not a Columbia store nearby and this is a Christmas gift very disappointed.

Today I found the perfect winter coat originally $300 for $80 and jacket for $35. They both are in my size, fitted and look slimming. Before coming here, I spent so much time looking online for these items only to have to return them wasting time and energy when I could have just gone here in the first place! I’m so excited to be warm and cute this winter season!
