It would be easy to just put 5 stars and briefly say ‘awesome experience’, although that would pretty much sum it up.I think that Chris’ professionalism, commitment and personable approach made my buying experience quite special.Chris has an uncommon previous top level executive experience that affords her highly unique insight into her tasks. She is extremely upfront with clients and, while this is her business, she would not for her style nor for her needs instill any sense of urge to the buyer. Her assessment are thoroughly analytical and dispassionate and with this mode of operation, though not without enthusiasm, she will guide you every step of the way from searching to closing and beyond.She has a very special perspective and knowledge of the area and the market, from individual contractors to financing, HoA and legal intricacies, and she is not afraid nor too busy to explain them in detail. Her communication skills are on a level I rarely experienced before, and I deal with communication skills (or lack thereof) on a daily basis.She deals with multi-mullion transaction regularly, but treats her clients with the same affability, availability and obsession for details regardless of their budget.I have friends who work in real estate whom I trust and respect, but would choose her for her superior competence, ethics and attitude.Not only she did her part, but she truly stepped up to the role of supreme coordinator of the deal and made things happen and stick to a strict schedule.When I saw that my realtor was working at Sotheby’s I was expecting quality, but after my experience I believe Sotheby’s itself should advertise that is working with HER, rather than the other way around.I would recommend her to friends and family as a stellar professional who just chose real estate to be her field, but who could be highly accomplished and effective in any endeavor she would choose.

Chris is the best real estate agent in the entire world! She sold our home last year, but I am just now getting around to writing a review. She truly cares about her clients, and we felt at ease knowing that she was by our side. Her knowledge and expertise are second to none. This was the 4th transaction Chris helped us with, and it didn't even cross our mind to consider working with anyone else. When we purchased our new home in Florida afterwards, Chris was sorely missed. Thank you, Chris, for all you have done for us over the years!

Chris was fantastic realtor. We initially met Chris about 5 years ago when we started the idea of purchasing a vacation home in Park City. Due to work issues we were never able to commit to a purchase at that time. Over the years, Chris continued to share availability with us via email just to make sure we stayed informed of the market. Fast forward to 2022 and we reached out again as we were ready to pull the trigger and get serious about a purchase. Since we live in Austin, TX most of the communication with Chris was by email and phone. She met with us multiple times to get an idea of what we were looking for. After narrowing down options she quickly made appointments to do facetime visits. She worked diligently getting in as many appointments in a short time frame and working closely with the other realtors. We flew out on a weekend to do “real in-person” visits to the houses we felt would work for us. Chris set up appointments and our visit was very efficient and effective. We made an offer and she negotiated us a great price point and advised us on negotiation points in the contract. Chris is very thorough in her research and follow-through. She is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market in Park City and surrounding areas. She is a professional and takes her work very seriously. This made the entire process of buying a home in another state straightforward. Once our purchase was complete we began working with her on selling our property in the area. The entire process from, touring homes, making an offer to closing was seamless because of her skills as a realtor. She is one of the best realtors I have worked with and I would highly recommend Chris Simmons as a relator.

Chris is always well prepared and very detail oriented in her dealings with you and the other party. Chris was a very patient and understanding agent. We took a long time deciding on a home but she was sure to never pressure us to buy anything we were not convinced with. She has a great knowledge of contracts and was extremely helpful to us with getting to the closing.When we first started looking for a home she was excellent in acknowledging our preferences and was able to show us a lot of great options. When it came to make an offer she gave us valuable tips and made sure we didn't get carried away but stayed within our realistic budget.I would highly recommend Chris for finding your dream home.

Chris did a tremendous job helping us with a recent vacant land transaction (our 2nd with her). We live out of state and Chris' communication was tremendous. When we did have an opportunity to look at land in person, we needed to move quickly and Chris moved everything off her calendar to ensure a quick turnaround on an offer and a consistent presence in negotiations. Finally, Chris' attention to detail helped us avoid some serious issues at close as she caught many mistakes made by the seller. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Chris again.

Had the best experience using Chris for my realtor on a Park City condo purchase. I was located in Florida through out the process and she handled everything. Very responsive and went out of her way to protect my best interests. I do mortgages for a living in Florida and deal with realtors on a daily basis and Chris is definitely in the top 1 percent for all realtors I have ever worked with. Ease of transaction was the best. My wife and I relocated to Park City from Canada last summer, and rented a house for 1 year. When we decided to put down roots, we researched several area realtors who we could possibility work with to find us a home. We made an instant connection with Chris Simons and she immediately understood our requirements, and made several recommendations of target areas for our budget. We looked at a few houses, but quickly found the house that met our needs.Chris was instrumental in the purchase of our home. Being new to the US, we were unfamiliar with the process of buying a home, getting a mortgage, making the offer, etc. She walked us through the process, and helped identify the right inspectors, lenders etc so that we could purchase the home. She is an excellent negotiator, and very thorough in making sure we understood each step of the process. We have purchased many homes in the past, and I've never worked with a realtor more dedicated to making sure our interests were represented, and that we fully understood each step. Chris worked very hard for us, and I'm sure she will work very hard for you.In addition, she's just a lovely person. Super friendly, and likes to keep in touch with her clients.
